Heel fijn hotel op loopafstand van het centrum waar de kamer een fijn appartementje is.
Pros:

Het is een heel mooi en modern hotel. Op loopafstand van het oude centrum van Porto.
De moderne kamer was ver boven onze verwachting. Echt een heel fijn appartementje met alles wat je je kunt wensen. En zelfs een goed uitgeruste keuken met allen faciliteiten. Het personeel was ook erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt werd elke ochtend op de kamer geserveerd, wat een luxe!

Cons:

Er is hier echt niets meer om over te klagen.

Väldigt fräsch lägenhet med bra sängar! Personalen allt från städ till receptionen var utmärkt! Serviceminded och även hela tiden fårgar / chattar om det bara är att höra av sig om man saknar något. Garageplats finns och laddare med vilket är stort plus.

酒店是没有早餐厅的，如果选择了包含早餐，酒店每天早上会根据你要求的时候送餐到房间，会包含面包，酸奶，橙汁，咖啡，白煮蛋，水果。房间装修很简约，也很干净，整体空间也比较大。

Cons:

酒店的停车场需要把车开进电梯再进入停车场层，进出会有点不方便，很考验车技。

Une véritable belle découverte !

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été impressionnés par la qualité de l’accueil. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : attentionné, professionnel et toujours disponible. Nous nous sommes sentis accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour, avec un véritable sens du service qui fait la différence.

L’établissement est idéalement situé, à proximité du métro, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre de Porto. L’appartement est récent, spacieux, impeccablement entretenu et parfaitement équipé. On s’y sent immédiatement comme chez soi.

Le petit-déjeuner est servi directement dans l’appartement, ce qui est très appréciable. Il est possible de le personnaliser en choisissant à l’avance ce que l’on souhaite, un vrai plus.

Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Cons:

S’il fallait vraiment relever un petit point d’amélioration, ce serait l’accès au parking, qui se fait via un ascenseur pour voitures. Cela peut être un peu impressionnant la première fois, mais on s’y habitue rapidement.

Pros:

L'appartamento è molto spazioso con ingresso soggiorno molto confortevole. La zona cucina completa di ogni accessorio. La colazione molto abbondante.

Cons:

La varietà della colazione andrebbe migliorata..
L'accesso al garage avviene tramite elevatore. Le manovre sono difficili con auto voluminisa

Pros:

La habitación era grande, el hotel muy nuevo y moderno.
El trato de las chicas de recepción un 10.

Cons:

Colchones muy usados e incómodos. Limpieza muy “justa”.
Tienen el aparato aire acondicionado escondido en la misma habitación y hacía un ruido insoportable. El extractor del baño no funcionaba. Poca luz, en general. Y mucho ruido de huéspedes en pasillo.
Para ser un 4 estrellas no lo veo.

The visit was great and the hotel made it even better
Pros:

We loved the apartment, the gym and the staff-ladies were so so nice and the cleaning staff so hard working.

Cons:

There was no such thing. Maybe the lift and parking under the hotel😅
