The security was rude he just came down one night and say OK. The pool is closed. I gotta get out as if we was breaking

Location and the nice pools

Cons:

Not clean. We were there for five days and we was only allowed one roll of toilet paper so we had to go buy more. The couch in the living room was filthy, did not feel comfortable even sitting on it like I said, call and request for someone to come and clean the oven because there was food left and prior tenants and got no response. Told them the bathtub was dirty. There was hair in the tub and in the sink, no one response. The fellow from capital who sent us to the place to for the 90 minute presentation told us it was 15 minutes away. We left in plenty of time. It was longer than 15 minutes when we got to the address that was provided. It was the wrong place. It was at some gated community where the guy said that this occurs a lot once we got to the facility that we were supposed to be we was turned away so we was too late even though we had called a couple times directed to a number for Melissa, who voicemail was full so we couldn’t talk to no one to try to figure out how to get there. It was just a mess. It was a waste that morning.

Don’t rent 604 needs things fixed

The property was nice and clean the staff and pools was great

Cons:

The room was awful had a shade lamp in the bathroom because the over head light was out the patio door handle was broke no coffee pot the pillows was completely flat .didnt have a lamp in the living room because it was in the bathroom

We had a great stay! And will definitely return!!

It was quiet and private. And very good location.

Cons:

The mattresses were very uncomfortable. Everything else was great!!

I liked the weight room

Cons:

The sliding door was so hard to slide my wife couldn't open or close it to go out on the balcony and the light in the light in the bathroom went out
My wife asked the front desk for a clean sheet and blanket and the told her she had to call a number she did and never got a call back the people that work the front desk can't give you towels or clean linen or help you check in which makes you wonder why they are there

I really do love staying at the Camelot I’ve stayed there over the years maybe 50 times over the years location is great

Cons:

2 of the beds where broken it kinda looked like a storage room We paid $1300 and I have stayed there as a child and years after, this is the first time I did not care for the shape the room was in.

Close to beach and lots of food options surround. It was bike we but could barely hear them at night from our room. We stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing!

Cons:

We booked through booking.com and didn’t know the room would be on the 18th floor. We are not good with heights.

Cons:

The security was very racist and discriminating. He put my 16-year-old son in handcuffs because him and his friends were in the pool after hours. He did not believe that we had a room there and he automatically thought that my kids were trespassing on the property because they were black.
