אנחנו עדיין כאן, אוהבים הכל, החדר ממש מפנק, מיטה ומצעים נהדרים, בעלי אמר שהוא במיטת עננים, הכל פה ברמה אירופאית, מקלחת עם מים חמים, שירותים מיוחדים , אסלה מחוממת של מלונות פאר. ארוחת בוקר כבקשתך.. שירותי כביסה רייחנית, צוות מדהים,חייכנים ושירותיים. כל יום אנחנו מודיעים להם שנשארים יום נוסף. ממליצים להגיע !

2, heel de nacht was de kamer verlicht omdat de voordeur voorzien is van glas! En het licht kon niet volledig uit buiten. WE KONDEN DAARDOOR NIET IN SLAAP Komen.
3, nog nooit in me reis carrière zo’n slecht ontbijt gehad. We kregen geen water. Moest voor alles EXTRA BETALEN. Buiten dat het inclusief ontbijt was. Ook het ontbijt sloeg nergens op. 4, 0 service

Cons:

房間內有點潮濕、伴隨一點味道，櫃檯常常找不到服務人員，有門禁時間，太晚回旅館需要致電給值班人員開門

Empfangsdame sprach englisch und war sehr freundlich. Zimmer war toll, sauber und groß.

Cons:

Abendessen und Frühstück musste man vorher bestellen. War nicht gut. Ohne Übersetzer geht gar nichts.

I booked on booking.com and they could not find my reservation because it somehow transferred to Agoda on the hotel's computer. We also had to change rooms because the 1st room had ants in the bed.

Pros:

The staff was very, VERY helpful and kind. The receptionist even helped us with booking taxis and stuff. Excellent service here, and the rooms are perfectly clean too.

Make sure to ask about the amazing nature tour the hotel offers!

Cons:

I didn’t really like the breakfast and most of the things were sold out…

Could be a nice hotel but it's too far out of town and doesn't seem to be fully staffed
Pros:

Really nice room and patio area outside.

Cons:

No view ( what would have been a great view over the town was blocked by trees)
Seemed to be no staff, breakfast was a single option (pho) and more than one cup of coffee was chargeable . Even locals were unimpressed.

It was clean, modern room with everything you expect. Even Japanese toilets with seat heating. WiFi was fast enough.

Cons:

You could not pay with creditcards. Cash only. It was not possible to have dinner or breakfast but you could order anything from the city.
The staff was very friendly and helped to order. We communicated with translate apps

Pros:

The staff were extremely accommodating, going out of there way to help me find a motorbike repair shop and bargaining on my behalf. Organised transport for us. The staff was fantastic, excellent conversations. Even gave us a traditional rice cake when leaving.

Cons:

That we only stayed one night and not more.

I recommend this Hotel, but you must have the money to pay otherwise they won't accept you.
Pros:

New hotel, huge and comfortable rooms, fantastic bathroom

Cons:

To pay you have to pay in cash, it is not possible to pay by credit card and this is a real problem. There was no breakfast or restaurant service when we stayed.
