Really dirty, fridge didn’t work, advertise breakfast but only an energy bar and cup of coffee available. Room was not clean, everything felt old, broken and grimy.

Great location that was central to where the Global Leadership Summit was as well as to gas and other amenities.

Your response is extremely disappointing and shows a complete lack of sincerity.
You sent me a reservation confirmation message, and I also received a confirmation from the property. However, when I arrived at 4:00 PM on the check-in day, I was suddenly informed that my reservation had been canceled.
You could have easily sent me a cancellation notice well before my arrival, but you chose not to inform me. After I complained, you finally sent a cancellation message at 4:55 PM.
If you want to ruin the first day of your trip by staying at a place with someone you strongly dislike, then choose this accommodation.

I did not stay and was still charged three times for a room i never stayed in

I did not stay the police was called because your employee and the hotel stole money,the desk staff swipped my card twice and then charged me for a room that was already paid for on (booking.com) the police was called and a police report was filed,i was told that i woukd get a total refund which came 2 days later and then they turned around and took the money right back out my acoount,im in the process of filing a civil suit now

Pros:

It was very clean, I'll give it that. And the full-soze fridge/freezer was good to have.

The TV remote only had a few working buttons and the TV itself was mounted at a slight angle.
