Hyland Hotel

Very clean and pleasant atmosphere

It was a unique and cozy property, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. There was a lot of street noise at night but it was also when the fair was going on.

Enjoyed our stay, really nice place!

This is a cute little hotel in the center of town. Our room, 203, was small but well appointed, very clean, with a comfortable bed, I'm not sure if all rooms are like this but our bed was against the wall so somebody had to crawl in and out. There is not a manned front desk, you are given instructions, and a key code, but the folks who run this are on the other end of a phone and there are more than helpful. I had booked two separate stays back to back, to get things straight and they helped, so we didn't have to check in and check out, and we could keep the same room. If you have questions, don't hesitate to call them

The suite is very convenient with full kitchen. Loved the property! I wish there was a comfortable couch in the living room rather than the two chairs.

Great location and suite with laundry!

Room 301 was decorated very attractively. Great kitchenette that is stocked with nice dishes and silverware, Keurik coffee maker. Stayed 3 nights and happy with the stay. Used washer and dryer in the building. Stairs into this top of the building room are steep. Could be a problem for someone with knee or hip pain or disability. Otherwise a great room.

The property is a historic hotel updated with modern amenities in a very charming way. I was a bit worried about the lack of onsite staff, but they have their systems dialed. Service was great and the location in downtown Palmer was fantastic. Can’t wait to stay again.

The room was very clean and detailed. I was on the road did not check email of check-in instruction, but the stuff was very friendly, helpful and checked in on our needs.

Great place to walk and explore Palmer

We loved staying at this property! It was very clean & quiet. The owners really went all out to think of everything that would make our stay perfect. We hope to stay there every time we're in Alaska. I couldn't say enough nice things about it. It was perfect!

Great place in the center of Palmer. Easy walk to shops & restaurant. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Very accommodating. Hope to be back to visit my daughter.

Me and my wife thought the room was really nice and cute. The only thing I would do is I seen a bicycle behind the building where we parked that just might want to be picked up and thrown away besides that everything was great loved it will definitely come back again.

Super cute old house. I love places like this! Felt like being someone’s guest. Will definitely stay here again!
