تحياتي الساده الكرام لقد تم الغاء حجزي في الفندق قبل وصولي للفندق بيوم واحد ووجدت نفسي بموقف صعب واضطررت لحجز فندق آخر بسعر مضاعف وكان سبب الغاء الحجز ليس منطقي بالنسبه لي علما بانني اتممت الحجز قبل سفري للندن بفتره طويله ومن ثم وبعد الغاء الحجز تم عرض مكان اخر وبعيد جدا عن المدينه من قبل الفندق نفسه وبسعر اعلي من حجزي السابق اي يبعد مسافه طويله جدا عن سنتر لندن ويتوجب استخدام المواصلات لمسافه طويله هذا ما ذكره الموظف عند اتصالي بهم لوجود حل لذا فان رأي انه عمل غير مرضي ولا يمكنني الاقبال على حجز آخر فى هذا الفندق مهما كان السعر ولكم منى جزيل الشكر

Pros:

Una verdadera chapuza este hotel, tenía una reserva para una noche de un sábado, y llegando a Londres se me da por escribirle al hotel mk hora de llegada, los muy sinvergüenzas me responden que el hotel estaba cerrado , que me buscará la vida y que contactará con Booking para la devolución del dinero, y Booking un lío para contestar en fin me dejaron sin reserva en plena noche de Londres, un sábado y incapaz de avisarme con tiempo

We booked late but had an okay room. Other friends did not have a good experience
Pros:

Our room had air con. Bed was comfortable. Shower was big. Staff friendly

Cons:

The property felt quite run down. We had a 3 bedroom room which there was a sofa bed that was difficult to work. Of course yes we could have asked. But shouldn’t have been difficult

Overall was ok for 2 nights.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The room was very clean but very small for 2 people there was no wardrobe to hang clothes or much space in the room or bathroom.
Overall it was sufficient but not worth what I paid for 2 nights .

Staff were all lovely hotel was nice smelt lovely bathroom was gorgeous. Everything was clean and lovely. Don’t mind the mess in the photo that was our mess not the hotels 😂

Dirty and nothing like the photos online

The pillow case had mould on it, one of the decorative pillows had a white stain on it possibly bodily fluids, there were grease hand print marks on the wall. The plug sockets were broken, ants crawling on the floor in the bathroom, dirty bathroom and stained tiles, missing knob from warrdrobe, stained carpets
