Nothing. They are cheats. I booked dubai theme at Sector 42, Gurgaon with breakfast for Rs. 6200/- and I got confirmation message also through booking.com. But they say that they don't have dubai theme room available as it is already booked. Then they offered Amsterdam theme which again they did not provide. Finally They gave me candy room at Sector 52, after negotiations with some discount. Bed was small, uncomfortable and jacuzzi was too small. Despite complementary breakfast, they tried to charge bill for everything i ordered in breakfast and the person at reception humiliated me by saying " breakfast mei shake kaun peeta hai". I gave him a befitting reply. Overall very bad experience. Not recommended even if it's free...

Staff behaviour was good.
The room was not clean, they took 30 to 40 min to provide the room, the projector was not working, even changing the room projector or tv was not working, I had a very bad experience. In the jacuzzi the water was not clean, we wasted our lot of time connecting netflix in the projector. I would not recommend anyone to visit or stay. They charged 5000 but still had a bad experience.
It was really a unique experience. The staff is very cooperative and supportive, especially Aryan and Prince , they make sure that the customer has truly satisfied experience. Awesome place! must visit.

It was so unexpectedly different from what it was seen in the photos and it was a dirty room they didn't provide any supplementary they gave dirty towel and and the room was so dirty I've paid 1500 extra
I didn’t get to choose the room so that was negative. I stayed in Budapest themed room. It was not too spacious but quite cozy. The bath bombs and rest were quite expensive and bad quality but the jacuzzi was really fun .
Property is old now and even the management is very poor. Once we checkin in there was no such basic things in room, then jacuzzi light was not working. They called the electrician in front of us and we have wasted atleast 2 hours in the process. Nobody is taking care of things you have to teach them everything about their job. It was a panic experience.
