Everything was superb except washroom lock

Trash. I feel horrible.
Pros:

Nothing. This place is nightmare.

Cons:

1. The room smells like someone died in there. The floors are rotted, and the carpets are dirty, wet, and smell very bad. When I was sleeping, I was breathing in the trash-like smell the entire night. I feel like I'm living next to a dead body.

2. I can see tiny bugs crowing on the towels. I don’t what are they but super disgusting. This is the only time when I cheer for bringing my own towels.

3. Their AC is completely broken. Every time it starts automatically, it makes a sound like a gun shooting, waking up everyone. I was woken up about 10 times that night. Each time after I woke up, I had to try to fall asleep again with the dead body smell. The funniest part is, there's a review from a year ago that said the AC was broken and loud. The resort said they would fix it, but clearly, that wasn't true.

4. Cannot check in. Their system is completely broken. Every single link they sent me in the email doesn't work. The worst part is their front desk closed at 6pm. This means you have to talk to their support for half an hour just to get into your room, and they don't even know Ontario is part of Canada.

Enjoyable stay right at the center of the Blue Mountain, close to all amenities in the village
Pros:

Size of the studio unit is perfect for my family of 4, great facility setting in the bathroom and kitchen cooking, all the TV channels are available including streaming. So close to the mountain in quiet location.

it was good
Pros:

it was close to the village and all amenities making it easy to travel from one location to the next, the room was warm and comfortable

Cons:

the room was not the cleanest and there were sticky spots in a lot of areas that we had to clean, the room is also not well maintained and the furniture is scratched, dented and dusty

Pros:

The location is good

Cons:

It's too noisy in the room. The heating equipment is like a nightmare. Whenever I fall asleep, something like a trip device will boom and wake up directly. There is nothing worse than this.
