I was embarrassed in front of my collogues and no compensation for staying in cold night.
Pros:

The view was great.

Cons:

We did not like the beds, very uncomfortable and sofa bed was unacceptable. I could feel the frame work though the mattress . It was very uncomfortable. There was power outage due to storm and there was no backup for heat arrangement. There was no way we can get extra blankets to stay warm because the person was who I was communicating was in Poland. So there is no help.
There was no garbage bin in the kitchen.

Pros:

was so lovely decorated and in great shape. well decorated. loved being near the creek with fresh fallen snow and ducks floating by in the morning.

Cons:

The entry code wasn't quite clear. It had a star which was not needed when punching in the code. I had to call for help. Also, the door was very difficult to open, which is at one point by trial and error, I had the code entered correctly but didnt realize just how hard it was to open the door.

I wish i had a later check in.

Convient location, fairly quiet, good customer service, good wifi,

Cons:

Dirty furniture/bedding, hard bed/ bad sofa bed, extremely small than picture shown , unreasonably expensive

Dusty place to stay; power outage on our room only
Pros:

It’s near Blue Mountain resort

Cons:

1. The room is not clean, full of dust.
2. The power went out early in the morning and it took a while for Vacasa to fix it. It is only out room that the power went out
3. No hair dryer — this is a condo unit, they provided everything including small bottles of shampoo and conditioner but no hairdryer 🤦🏻‍♀️
4. Vacasa customer service (rental property mgt) is not that helpful enough. When I asked if they could provide the hairdryer, the lady said that they cant. And there’s nothing she can do about it
