I didn’t like the room!

The breakfast was good

Cons:

I was put in a room that water came from the shower! I used the towels to dry the floor. I complained about it and the staff moved to a different room however much inferior! I complained again and I was back to the first room without any concerns about it from the staff. The staff simply didn’t care and said that they had other rooms booked!

O hotel tem uma boa localização;
As funcionárias da recepção são gentis;

Não tinha secador de cabelo;
O cobertor é muito pequeno ( solteiro), se quiser mais um, é oferecido um edredom fino;
Não tinha sanduicheira, os pães estavam duros e ressecados, os bolos também;

Estacionamento pequeno, me obrigou a levar o carro a um estacionamento fora do hotel. Com 4° de temperatura não foi a melhor coisa que já vivi.

Chuveiro e cama boa, ar condicionado tbm. Quarto em geral ok. Tv é antiga mas blz.

Cons:

Café da manhã decepcionou, poucas opções, muito básico, café muito forte, parecendo tinta, estacionamento é muito caro. 40 reais a diária.

Localização e acomodação excelentes.

Cons:

Paguei o estacionamento a parte, ralaram meu veículo na primeira noite de estadia, pedi ajuda e deixei meu contato com 3 colaboradores e não tive retorno algum por parte do hotel, ficando com o prejuízo da pintura de um para-choque.
