L'accueil et le service étaient satisfaisant, courtois...

Cons:

Venue sur Narbonne pour fêter les 30 ans de notre fils.

3 adules : chambre avec un lit au-dessus du premier autant dire que mon fils était heureux de dormir dans un tel lit.

Pas satisfaisant, heureusement qu'il ne faisait pas d'asthme ou pris de claustrophobie vu que le plafond était à moins de 50 cm de lui.

Demande de ne pas être côté autoroute : demande non satisfaite.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre alors qu'il faisait une t° pas possible pour dormir.

Donc ouverture de la fenêtre afin de respirer et avoir de la fraîcheur avec bien entendu le bruit toute la nuit des circulations.

Le bruit la la route à quelques dizaines de mètres.
Problème aussi dû à la circulation mais aussi aux fenêtres de mauvaises qualités pour l’isolation phonique.

Llegamos un poco tarde por la noche, pero el acceso con el código fue estupendo. Eficientes en la resolución de problemas. Hubo un problema con la recepción SMS y por mail del código, pero mandé un mensaje y me contestaron muy rápido dándome el código de acceso

Cons:

Para tres personas la habitación se hacía un poco pequeña, no tenía ni armario ni mucho sitio para dejar las maletas.

Tutto essenziale ma pulito e confortevole per quanto e' il costo. La posizione dell'hotel nel quartiere industriale lo rende comodo come tappa nei trasferimenti e non per vedere Narbonne.

Cons:

Aggiungerei l'utilizzo di carte di credito nei distributori automatici: senza moneta non c'e' possibilità di avere nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua. E migliorerei leggermente la colazione o diminuirei il costo (da sette euro a cinque)

La facilité d'accès,le rapport qualité prix.Le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les parties communes pourraient être plus soignées ,toiles d'araignée,les vitres n' étaient pas très propres.Mais cela n'est qu'une observation, rien de catastrophique.

Can't say much, because they had a power outage on the day I arrived, so they re-booked me to another hotel nearby.
But the staff were very nice and they managed the re-booking perfectly.
The location is excellent if you're on the road, it's right next to the A9, and there's a Carrefour and a boulangerie with great ratings nearby (the reasons why I picked this hotel).
Granted, I've only been to the car park and the reception, but from there the noise from the motorway didn't seem any worse than what you expect from a roadside hotel.

Cons:

The power outage, but I assume that was a vis maior.
