It was ok but wouldn’t return to that particular hotel. It has the potential to be great but just lacked in a few areas
Pros:

Location was excellent and was very clean

Cons:

The aircon was a pain, rooms were always hot when getting back and took ages to cool down

Personal lieblos, man hatte das Gefühl eine Nummer zu sein die abgearbeitet wird,

Kaunis ja siisti. Olimme vain yhden yön joten hyvin vähän ehdimme kaupunkikierrokselta kokeilemaan hotellin palveluita, mm. sali tai spa. Kävimme kyllä kattoterassilla altaalla. Aamupala todella hyvä ja monipuolinen hintaan nähden, ennakkoon varaamalla 10e/hlö.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. It was incredibly clean amd very modern/stylish. The location was excellent. So close to the town and bus stop, and very family friendly. Staff were very welcoming, and breakfast was delicious. The views from the rooftop pool were outstanding.

“Non siamo qua per fare beneficenza”

L’esperienza è stata compromessa da uno spiacevole episodio.

Il giorno precedente avevamo rifiutato la colazione. La mattina seguente abbiamo cambiato idea e abbiamo chiesto sia alla reception sia al personale della sala se fosse possibile aggiungerla, ricevendo conferma senza particolari indicazioni o avvisi riguardo eventuali sovrapprezzi.

Il problema è nato quando, una volta seduti e mentre stavamo già mangiando, la responsabile della sala è venuta a comunicarci che, per direttiva ricevuta dalla direzione, ci sarebbe stato applicato un sovrapprezzo di 15€ a persona (25€ a testa). Il tutto dopo che avevamo anche assistito a una discussione tra direttore e personale davanti agli ospiti.

La situazione è risultata molto spiacevole soprattutto per il modo e il momento in cui è stata gestita: trovarsi a ricevere una comunicazione del genere mentre si sta già consumando la colazione, dopo aver chiesto conferma a due diversi membri dello staff, è stato sinceramente imbarazzante. Alla nostra richiesta di chiarimenti ci è stato inoltre risposto “me ne lavo le mani”, frase che abbiamo trovato totalmente fuori luogo in un contesto di ospitalità.

Successivamente abbiamo avuto un confronto con il direttore che inizialmente ha parlato di un problema di gestione interna. Tuttavia, al momento del check-out, durante il confronto con la reception sui disguidi avuti, è intervenuto dall’ufficio in modo aggressivo, accusandoci di esserci seduti “da maleducati” senza avvisare nessuno e sostenendo che la responsabilità fosse nostra, nonostante avessimo chiesto informazioni sia alla reception sia al personale della sala colazioni. Ha inoltre ribadito che “non è tenuto a fare beneficenza” e che “la loro è un’attività a scopo di lucro”.

Gerne wieder - schön war's !!

Top Lage - viele Annehmlichkeiten - neues und sehr schönes Hotel - und super nettes Personal !

Cons:

Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist etwas aufwändig - man benötigt immer jemanden aus dem Hotel, der den Lastenfahrstuhl bedienen kann / darf und die Tiefgarage ist zudem recht eng.......wenn man gut plant klappt das aber trotzdem sehr gut.

Toller Aufenthalt mitten in Bardolino
Pros:

Hotel zentral an der Hauptstraße (und das ist positiv gemeint!), d.h. sehr gut erreichbar.
Neben dem Hotel kleine Straße direkt in die Altstadt, im Prinzip ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Altstadt am See, also klasse Lage. Tolle Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Roof Top Terrasse und Pool auch klasse.
Frühstück hat alles geboten, was wir uns gewünscht haben.
Geduld braucht man, wenn man die Tiefgarage, die über einen Hublift für das Auto zugänglich ist, nutzen will. Sowohl bei der Einfahrt als auch am Abreisetag, wenn mehrere in einem kurzen Zeitfenster raus wollen. Aber im Urlaub sollte man die Geduld aufbringen, ansonsten gleich in der Nähe auf einem öffentlichen Platz parken.

Cons:

Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst, nichts wirklich zu bemängeln.
