Please note, that the spa and fitness center are opened from 10:00 till 20:00. While the pools on the terrace are heated and are always open 24/7 in the summer.

A surcharge of EUR 100 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The property’s reception opening hours are: 7:00 to 23:00.

Absolut nicht optimal.
Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer, schöner Toiletten/Dusch Bereich.
Frühstücksbuffet mehr als üppig.

Cons:

Die angegebenen Pools sind klein bis winzig. Sauna/Dampfbad und Fitnessstudio im Untergeschoss stickig und nicht ansprechend. Das Pool dort ebenfalls klein und mit unangenehmer Atmosphäre.
Höhepunkt: die Garage!
Erreichbar mit einem Lastenaufzug im zweiten Untergeschoss. Nur erreichbar mit einem Hotelangestellten, der den Aufzug betätigt, was endlos dauert, wenn mehrere PKWs warten. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit das Auto zu beschädigen ist sehr groß, so eng ist es da unten. Kostet noch dazu 20 Euro, was bei den Umständen unverschämt ist!
Das Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet unwillig und unfreundlich. Rezeption okay.
Interessanterweise spricht niemand deutsch, was bei dem Hotelnamen „Wanderlust“ eher merkwürdig ist.
Insgesamt gesagt: Wir kommen nicht wieder. Bardolino hat besseres zu bieten!

Pros:

Cleanliness and staff positive and caring attitude plus location

Cons:

None for the property but I was surprised and disappointed to receive a cancellation email from Booking. com after I checked in and initially I thought it was a hacker because the hotel reservation system did not indicate that at all. I think Booking.com needs to check its system

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Die Zimmer sind modern, aber etwas klein. Auch der Kleiderschrank ist klein. Für zwei Personen und höchstens 2-3 Tage ausreichend … ansonsten alles gut 😊

Cons:

Das Brotangebot beim Frühstück. Es gab zwar wirklich reichlich, nur leider außer Toast kein Brot, außer sehr trockene harte Abschnitte.

Waren trotzdem 4 schöne Tage in Bardolino
Pros:

Lage des Hotel Top, personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gutes u. reichliches Angebot leider nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten .

Cons:

Kein kostenloser Parkplatz !!! 20 EURO extra pro Tag !!!

Super zentral gelegen, Bardolino zu Fuß erleben kein Problem, ruhige Lage, sensationelles Frühstück gegen Aufpreis (10 € lohnt sich in jedem Fall), sauber, sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende
