False advertising and extra charges for cots !
Pros:

The location was very good , it was near to shops and restaurants.
The rooms were very clean

Cons:

Despite advertising that children stay free ( see photo below ) we were told a cot would cost €30. As we had booked the hotel for three nights we assumed this was the total cost . On check out we were told it was €30 per night. So families be aware that this hotel charges exorbitant rates for babies and children under 1 !
Also the air conditioning is controlled by reception and any adjustments have to go through reception., which was inconvenient to say the least .

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sensationell, sehr umfangreich und alles köstlich und liebevoll zubereitet, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die Lage ist, wenn man im Zentrum sein will perfekt.

La colazione era bella varia e di ottima qualità. La stanza era pulita e bella spaziosa.

Cons:

La Spa è stata una delusione pazzesca foto nn veritiere in quanto nn rispettoso le dimensioni, l acqua della vasca idromassaggio fredda,i getti nn funzionavano. Per nn parlare dell area relax priva di tutte le bevande,tisane snack acqua nn pervenuta. Quello che comunque penalizza molto la struttura e la presenza di Alessandro in reception una persona scortese poco professionale e per niente attenta
alle richieste degli ospiti.

Cons:

Ich hatte zwei Zimmer für insgesamt 254 € gebucht und bin kurz nach 23 Uhr eingecheckt. Bei der finalen Rechnungszahlung wurde mir überraschend ein Aufpreis von 100 € berechnet – angeblich wegen eines „Late Check-ins“. Darüber wurde im gesamten Buchungsprozess kein Wort verloren, weder in der Bestätigung noch beim Check-in. Und das bei angeblich 24h offener Rezeption.
Zusätzlich war in einem der Doppelzimmer nur einmal Bettwäsche vorhanden. Dies musste erst nachgereicht werden, was den Check-in weiter verzögerte.
Insgesamt ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis: fehlende Transparenz bei den Kosten und mangelhafte Vorbereitung der Zimmer. Ich würde dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Schöner Aufenthalt, empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, Lage des Hotels sehr zentrumsnah. Laden des E-Autos ist möglich und verhältnismäßig günstig.

Cons:

Das Parken ist etwas umständlich.

Wir mussten beim Einchecken sehr lange warten - keine Ahnung warum - 1 minute vom hotel ist ein kostenloser Motorrad Parkplatz- ich hätte das Gefühl man hätte mir lieber den Parkplatz für 10 € am Hotel verkauft

Die Lage

Cons:

Das uns bei der Ankunft erst mitgeteilt wurde das die bestätigte Reservierung nun nicht mehr gültig ist wegen einer Streiterei zwischen Hotel und Booking com. Das wurde auf unserem Rücken ausgetragen. Jeder Versuch unsererseits wurde abgelehnt vom Hotelverantwortlichen und das enttäuschende war das uns dann ein Zimmer angeboten wurde für über den doppelten Tagespreis und damit versucht wurde Profit aus unserer Notlage zu machen.
