Konnten nach Absprache auch außerhalb der Spa Öffnungszeiten die Wellness Oase nutzen. Sehr nett. Super zentral gelegen. Sehr sauber und modernes Ambiente.
Zu dem hohen Standard des Hotels, passt eine Nespresso Maschine zum Frühstücksbuffet nicht ins Bild.
Het hotel is echt fantastisch. Lekkere bedden en lekkere strandstoelen bij het zwembad. In één woord. Super!
This spacious apartment is ideally situated in the centre of Bardolino. However, there is no traffic noise and we felt very safe and secluded. The buffet breakfast in the hotel which is just across the road was one of the highlights of our stay. Lots of choice and something for everyone in our party which went from 9 months to 69 years.
I honestly don't have anything negative to say - the staff were so helpful and nice.
Maybe a bit of shelter over the apartments rooftop pool would be good similar to the cover they have on the hotel rooftop where we enjoyed the views in the shade. However that's just a suggestion not a complaint.

Lovely family run hotel, was very welcoming, rooms was fantastic very modern with a massive bed we stayed in a junior suite, great location only a short walk down to the lake, roof top pool was amazing with a view of the lake. Lovely spa all included in the price of your stay. Robes and slippers provided. Room was cleaned and fresh towels everyday, Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting bardolino in Lake Garda. Very central location with a short distance to all major points of interest.

- Die Lage ist super. 5 Minuten zum See und quasi direkt in der Stadt.
-Das Personal war super freundlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit. Man wird sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und fühlt sich gleich wohl.
-Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Minibar gefüllt mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. (Kostet halt) -Auto kann sicher für 20 € pro Tag geparkt werden in der Tiefgarage
-Der Pool auf dem Rooftop ist mega! Super bequeme Liegen und tolle Aussicht. Da lässt es sich aushalten! -Trotz auschecken, durfte ich mein Auto noch mehrere Stunden in der Tiefgarage stehen lassen.
Getränke der Minibar und auf der Rooftop-Bar waren überteuert.

Update:
Nachdem der Chef meine Rezession gelesen hat wurde uns der Zugang zum Zimmer und Auto verwehrt. Dazu wurden wir auf das übelste beleidigt und erst nach einem Polizei Einsatz kamen wir an unsere Sachen! Das Nachts um 12!
Des weiteren wurde unser Geld nicht erstattet! Absolute Vorsicht!
Im übrigen wurde meine Kredikarte im Vorfeld ohne meine Zustimmung voll belastet!
Der Chef wurde wie auch in anderen Rezession beleidigend und persöhnlich so wie handgreiflich gegenüber meiner Frau.
Wir übergeben das ganze jetzt an einen Rechtsanwalt. Wir haben zusätzlich eine Anzeige wegen Betrug so wie Beleidigung gestellt!
⭐️⭐️ Leider das erste und letzte Mal
Wir haben das Hotel Wanderlust in Bardolino über Booking für zunächst eine Nacht zum Preis von 187 € gebucht. Da wir gerne noch eine weitere Nacht geblieben wären, haben wir beim Check-in nach einer Verlängerung gefragt.
Was eigentlich eine unkomplizierte Angelegenheit sein sollte, entwickelte sich leider zu einer äußerst umständlichen Prozedur. Die Verlängerung musste offenbar erst über mehrere Stellen abgeklärt werden, bis schließlich sogar der Chef persönlich dazukam. Am Ende wurde uns für die zweite Nacht ein Preis von 240 € genannt – also über 50 € mehr als für die erste Nacht. Von Entgegenkommen oder einem unkomplizierten Angebot für bereits eingecheckte Gäste leider keine Spur.
Zusätzlich mussten wir erfahren, dass für die zum Haus gehörende Tiefgarage nochmals 20 € extra berechnet werden. Für uns war bei der Buchung nicht ausreichend ersichtlich, dass hier zusätzliche Parkkosten anfallen.
Insgesamt empfanden wir bereits den Check-in und die gesamte Abwicklung als unnötig kompliziert und wenig kundenorientiert. Gerade bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich deutlich mehr Service, Transparenz und Flexibilität erwartet.
Schade, denn unser erster Eindruck wurde dadurch erheblich getrübt. Für uns war es leider der erste und gleichzeitig letzte Aufenthalt hier.
