Please do not book here the pictures are nothing like the rooms and the place was very dirty the staff were clueless. And nun the less the charges for 2 missing bath towels that were not there when we arrived.

Cons:

The room was dirty, the bedding was stained and the door didn't shut all the way to lock properly. The bathroom had trash left in the floor, no remote for tv, the fridge made some strange noises.

I paid and I could not check in, nor could I-find the contact number

I didn’t get in.

Cons:

I booked a room through Booking.com and arrived at the hotel around 11:30 PM — only to find the lobby locked 🔒 and no staff anywhere. The posted number went straight to voicemail 📵, and the number listed on the site was someone’s personal cell 📱 who told me I had the wrong number. I cannot make this up.

I’ve never had an experience like this before. I don’t know if the blame falls on the booking company or the hotel, but either way — they took my money 💸, left me stranded late at night 🌙, and never answered the phone.

Luckily, the hotel adjacent had vacant rooms 🛌 for the same cost — otherwise I would’ve really been stuck.

Do not book here. This was a complete scam 🚫 and terrible customer service.

Rude staff . Pulled up ten minutes before check in time and was told nothing was ready to come back later but wanted me to pay an additional $100 to hold my reservation . The grass was knee deep and crack heads all over the property

There were no towels, wash clothes, hand towels, hand soap, toilet paper, or ice bucket. This was not advertised as an extended stay hotel, but is definitely was.

Upset and think they don't have it together
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. After I booked it I called him to make sure they had a downstairs room because I'm handicapped so I talked to the girl at the desk for like 10 minutes when we got there my husband went in with my ID because I'm handicapped my leg is like a balloon and that I had to go get out and go in anyway and then she tells me that everyone that's in that room has got to have a picture ID. My husband and daughter lost their IDs and a house fire in New York I tried to explain that to the girl nothing doing no ID no staying which she could have told me that on the phone when I talked to her a couple hours before that would have given me plenty of time to book another room. As it was I had to pay $80 for a room and I really upset me so my opinion of them is not very high.
