Buen hotel en una excelente ubicación con un servicio amable.
Pros:

La habitación era amplia, la ubicación buena y el desayuno variado. El equipo de animación fue muy amable.

Cons:

No encontré en la descripción información que indicara que los costos del spa se pagan aparte.

Había reservado la cena, pero cuando llegué resultó que las bebidas no estaban incluidas en el precio.

Falta de limpieza.
Nevera con restos de comida y muy mal olor y en la funda protectora del colchón había una manchada grande de sangre seca.

Muy desagradable encontrarte con estas situaciones sin olvidar que todas las almohadas eran incomodisísimas sin tener opción de ninguna viscoelastica que es lo que mas se suele utilizar y es lo más cómodo para descansar.

Durch Renovation sehr verbessert
Pros:

Teile des Hotels sind frisch renoviert, so der Essensbereich und die Zimmer. Qualität des Abendessens und des Frühstücks ist jetzt sehr gut, grosse Auswahl. Beim Abendessen 1 Getränk inkludiert im Preis.

Cons:

Kein public viewing mehr im Barbereich. Beim Abendessen und am Frühstück zu wenig Personal. Beim Abendessen sollte ich plötzlich mein Wasser bezahlen, obwohl es im Preis dabei war. Gab eine längere Diskussion. Personal beim Frühstück nicht freundlich.

Bardzo sympatyczny personel, szczególnie panie sprzątające, które były wyjątkowo miłe i pomocne. Śniadania dobre - typowe dla hotelu czterogwiazdkowego, z dość dużym wyborem. Na duży plus zasługuje świetna lokalizacja. Pokoje były czyste, przestronne i dobrze utrzymane, a widok z 11 piętra naprawdę robił wrażenie.
