La ubicación e instalaciones.
La música en la piscina demasiado alta y las "actividades y shows nocturnos" ya son un concepto demasiado "ochentero" que no se corresponde a un Hotel con esta clasificación y categoria.
La ubiacacion cerca de la playa y el paseo. Las piscinas geniales. Además la atención de los trabajadores era muy buena.
Que el gimnasio se tiene que pagar a parte en una cuota de 19€ al día lo cual me parece carísimo. Los sandwiches mixtos del desayuno un poco secos, en general la comida esta un poco seca para nuestro gusto.
The cooks cannot cook fried eggs. They were burnt, shrivelled up and cold. Cooked too far in advance. All eggs should be cooked to order at the hotplate. Other hotels can and do !
The toilet seat in our room was dirty underneath, dirty with body waste and blood !
La habitación es muy confortable, el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y el personal es muy agradable.
La piscina necesita más sombrillas para poder estar más cómodos ya que desde primera hora la gente acapara las mejores zonas durante horas incluso gente que no está alojada en el hotel que accede fácilmente sin control

Las instalaciones son espectaculares. LA habitacion comoda y silenciosa con una climatización excelente. la piscina muy agradable y los restaurantes disponibles aparte del bufett, aunque no son baratos, son de una calidad increible.
Poco que decir la verdad, quizas que el precio del spa era un tanto elevado.
La limpieza ,el spa ,cerca de la playa,la piscina panoramica aunque no pude subir ,el hotel muy bonito y muy buena temperatura y los espectaculos y la animacion .
Nevera no enfria solo mantiene el agua si la traes fria.
En el bufet no me parece bien que si el agua es de osmosis te cobren 3 € .
La piscina necesita mas sombrillas y en la terraza hay mesas sin sombrilla .
El bufet muy repetitivo ,el pescado muy bueno ,la comida buena calidad.
