Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Extrêmement propre. Nourriture correcte bon rapport qualité prix. Ambiance sympa entre fête et familles

Cons:

Pas toujours propre autour de la piscine mais c est de la faute des clients. Parfois des gens rentrent. Tard la nuit en faisant claquer les portes mais une fois de plus ce n est pas de la faute de l’hôtel

Drunk guests slamming the door and acting super loud at 5 am (while getting back from the parties). We woke up from this every night.

Parking asequible en el hotel. Vistas increíbles y personal muy amable

Cons:

Mala experiencia en el restaurante del hotel. Mal servicio ( demora de entregar la carta, demora de servir los platos, con la paella tuvieron un error y vinieron a pedirnos disculpas. Todo un cúmulo de acontecimientos que hicieron que tuviéramos la peor experiencia en mucho tiempo en un restaurante.

Aceitável, mas poderia ser melhor.
Pros:

Gostei do tamanho do quarto e das piscinas exteriores. Eram lindas, limpas, com espreguiçadeiras suficientes. Também gostei muito do espaço para pequeno almoço e da decoração da entrada do hotel e da decoração dos quartos.

Cons:

Sinceramente, o pequeno almoço deixa a desejar, a comida não é de grande qualidade, especialmente o queijo fresco (muito seco) e os sumos naturais (que sabem mesmo muito mal). Deveriam melhorar a qualidade da oferta, a nível de quantidade e variedade é aceitável. Para além disso, seria mais agradável se os trabalhadores do pequeno almoço não viessem de 10 em 10 minutos às mesas pedir para levar os pratos com comida ainda lá dentro, deviam esperar que as pessoas se levantem para o fazer.
Um segundo aspeto: apesar das imagens serem claras no anúncio do hotel, acho que a ausência de paredes nas casas de banho dos quartos é bastante estranha para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Sinto imensa falta de privacidade, o som passa todo para o quarto e na dobradiça da porta há um grande buraco que faz com que a sanita seja visível do quarto. O lavatório no meio do quarto, afastado da zona da sanita, também é bastante estranho. Não entendo porque é que não foram feitas casas de banho com paredes, havia espaço.
Uma última recomendação que daria seria aumentar as possibilidades no menu do serviço de quartos. Não há opção nenhuma para crianças sem ser uma pizza marguerita. Deveriam poder fazer torradas, sandes e ter cacaolat ou algo do género que possa de facto servir de comida durante a noite, porque é para isso que as pessoas mais usam esse serviço.
