Cons:

Check in was a nightmare through Booking. com and then had to find and call owner to walk through a 20 minutes rebooking to get the passcode to the unit. Total hassle.

Bathroom was small. Not enough towels. Broom and dust pan needed to be updated or maybe considering a stick vacuum to be able to keep the sand and hair up better.

A well deserved fun and very relaxing vacation.
Pros:

This was a very clean and comfortable condo with beautiful views, and everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The condo had very easy access to the beach and pool. The location was excellent with many restaurants and activities within close proximity. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back again!

So clean. And it’s perfectly located on the property. Down the steps your at the pool and the beach path access right there too. Will stay there again

Family of four stayed for almost a week. Enjoyed the beach and pool daily.
Pros:

Property was clean, well supplied and very close to the ocean. After reviewing other locations this facility was exactly what we were looking for.

Cons:

I honestly did not have and dislikes about the is property.

good location -close to shopping and dinning

Cons:

location seems a bit worn. Peeling paint on hallway walls, mold around shower calk, cracked tiles with dirty bathroom floor. Bunk beds provided are really, really narrow and unfit for anyone older than a toddler. The additional blankets provided were soiled with food and stain, etc. Didn't feel comfortable using them. I rewashed every cup I used as the residue from previous usage was obvious. Your cleaning service that you rely on is letting you down. We did not bring our beach gear as it was stated as provided, however, out of the beach chairs available only three really worked tho old and rusted.

First time back to HHI in 30 yrs. Fantastic time for our 45 anniversary!
Pros:

The condo and resort were just like the pictures on website. Condo was decorated beautifully and felt very welcoming once you walked in. Convenient to pool and beach and walking distance to Cologne Square. Easy to meet people everyone very friendly. And great communication throughout booking through departure!

Cons:

Keeping up with the code numbers for each entry but totally understand the necessity of them for safety.
