Pros:

Lækreste hotel lige på stranden. Sindssyg flot udsigt fra alle værelser. Virkelig lækker, æstetisk indretning i Bali-stil. Smukkeste udendørs områder med flotte pools og lækre møbler. Og nød virkelig den flotte spa afdelingen med sauna, steam bath, hamam, pool og de lækre behandlinger. LOVE😍

Cons:

We booked via booking.com and the following sevices were included - airport transfer, late-check out and a bottle of champagne. We did not get any of them and customer sevice did not help us. :-(

Wunderschönes Hotel - Essen hervorragend- Umfeld wunderschön. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Laute Musik bei der Poolanlage. Jeden Tag man konnte ab 12 Uhr sich nicht ruhig ausruhen.

Dette er ikke et hotell for de som vil ha stille og rolige feriedager.
Pros:

Frokosten var ok. hyggelig personale. rent på anlegget.

Cons:

Det var forferdelig høy musikk hele dagen og ettermiddag fra beach klubben. det beste basseng område skulle de ha ekstra betalt for. Stranden var svært liten og skitten.

Der Aufenthalt war bis auf kleine Minuspunkte sehr schön. Wir würden auch gern im Sommer wiederkommen, jedoch haben wir
Pros:

Wir waren eine Woche in der Nebensaison im Day One Hotel. Dementsprechend hatten wir überall eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre, da wenige Gäste da waren.

Personal: Das Personal ist besonders positiv hervorzuheben, da alle stets freundlich und hilfsbereit (z.B. Taxi rufen) bei sämtlichen Anliegen waren. Vom Rezeptionisten bis zur Reinigungskraft waren wirklich alle super freundlich!

Zimmer: In unserem immer sehr sauberen Zimmer hatten wir einen tollen Ausblick auf den Pool und das Meer. Es war alles Wichtige vorhanden (sogar Zahnbürsten, Duschgel, Shampoo, Fön, Glätteisen etc.). Auch das tägliche Auffüllen des Kaffees und Wassers im Zimmer war toll. Ein besonderer Bonus waren die vielen süßen Katzen, die uns besucht haben. :)

Frühstück/Restaurant: Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt (der zwar nur bedingt etwas mit dem Hotel per se zu tun hat, aber dennoch wichtig ist) ist das angrenzende Restaurant Origin, in dem auch das Frühstück stattfindet. Wir bekamen (wahrscheinlich nebensaisonbedingt) das Frühstück immer an den Tisch gebracht und es war mehr als ausreichend und sehr vielfältig. Auch auf Sonderwünsche wurde stets eingegangen. Auch für das Abendessen ist es sehr zu empfehlen! Die Kellner waren wirklich super freundlich. Auch der Roomservice vom Restaurant zum Zimmer hat super geklappt.

Cons:

Obwohl die positiven Aspekte deutlich überwogen, gab es auch ein paar kleine Minuspunkte.

Die Tür zu unserem Zimmer hat nicht abgedichtet, was ohne eine fehlende Wand zwischen Zimmertür und Straße wirklich ungünstig ist. Empfindliche Leute sollten daher Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen, da die recht gut befahrene Straße nachts deutlich zu hören ist.

Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war, dass der Innenpool des Spa Bereichs nicht beheizt war. Dass in der Nebensaison der große Außenpool nicht beheizt wird, ist vollkommen verständlich, jedoch könnte zumindest der kleine Innenpool warm sein. :)

Außerdem wird seitens des Personals besonders gegen Ende des Urlaubs häufig um eine Bewertung des Hotels gebeten, was ein-, zweimal natürlich okay ist - aber auf häufigere Nachfragen sollte verzichtet werden.
