The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They were always available whenever we needed assistance, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Вже п'ятий раз зупиняюся в цьому отелі. Дуже приємне місце, л'юбязний персонал, смачна їжа. Особливо мені подобаються сніданки на берегу моря, лише заради цього варто тут зупинятися. В майбутньому планую поїздки в Аланію, обов'язково знову оберу цей отель.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr gut. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

The location was good, it was pretty clean inside the amenities, the sea view was nice
We had an awful experience with team members, specifically with their General manager who was rude, who was yelling at us and showed disrespect.
First of all, on the third day of our staying someone knocked at our door and opened it without our permission while we were falling asleep. It was around 23:00. We called the reception and their manager told us that probably it was a housekeeper who tried to clean the room. To my question why do they clean the room in the middle of the night at 23:00 o’clock I didn’t receive any proper explanation. I told them that it’s very uncomfortable, I don’t feel safe and the whole experience was off.
Then we had to prolong our staying for a one extra day and were asked to pay 120 euro for an extra day. We gave 200 euros to the reception manager and he told us that right now he doesn’t have a change. So he gave us 55 euros back, and said the remaining 25 euros will be provided within an hour.
After several hours nobody returned our money back. So at the evening, after the dinner we came to the reception again to get our money back.
The reception lady was nice, and she tried to give us Turkish liras instead of Euros but we explained to her that we are leaving the country early morning and we don’t need Turkish liras.
Then she called their General Manager and asked me to talk to him via phone. He started arguing and yelling saying: “we don’t have this small amount of money, it’s only 25 euros, why are you so nervous about it”. I told him: it is not my problem that you don’t have a change. I just need my money back.
He came after 15-20 minutes and was yelling and arguing with me STILL without any apologies or anything.
It was a horrible experience. We didn’t enjoy our staying. And I’m so sorry that the rest of team is supervised by such a rude, 0 client oriented General Manager.
I will not recommend to stay at this hotel and will never go back.
