Everything was great. Came several time to this place. Got upgraded one time. Staff is lovely.
For the only place for improvement would be an access to a laundry machine. They have a laundry service but I never use laundry service anywhere. It’s just not for me.

Dopo che il propietario mi ha chiesto se ero da solo, mi ha detto una camera molto più piccola da quella che avevo prenotato.
Inoltre mi ha chiesto di cancellare la prenotazione su booking dopo aver pagato, tutto questo perché non voleva una recensione negativa.
It served me well in terms of the location and the receptionist, Ha, was the loveliest person I've met! The room is big and the bed is comfortable. For the price it was okay but there's a lot that has to be improved in terms of up keeping the room and cleanliness.
Like many other hotels, the photos you see are from their opening days, so it does not really reflect the condition of the room nowadays, which looks way more rusty, not really well maintained. When I arrived, the room was not properly clean, the bathroom floor was completely wet due to a leak on the bidet shower., there was also leftover of food from the previous guests inside the fridge and lots of small hairs and dust on many surfaces. Sheets had a lot of stains.
Also be advised that even though the room has big windows, they are all covered by fake plants so you can't see a single light of the day, had to always ask my friends who were in an other hotel about how was the day looking lol
The location of accommodation is close to the centre.
The accommodation was great and the staff was very friendly and arranged everything what we needed.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para hacer muy cómoda la estancia. En la cocina hay microondas, horno, olla de vapor y kettle. La cama es super cómoda y el internet funciona muy bien. Todo esta muy limpio y el staff es increíblemente amable. Siempre disponibles en caso de necesidad. Es la segunda vez que me alojó en Ben's ampartments y si vuelvo a Hanoi, sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí.

The food odor coming from the bathroom vent when someone was cooking somewhere close by.But it wasn't too bad.We just closed the bathroom door and after a while it's gone.
The staff were so kind and helpful, they even brought us some fruit tea on our first day and it was so nice, the rooms are spotless and have everything you need.
