Do it, it’s a great place.
Pros:

Everything was great. Property manager “Ha” was great. Location and price were great but this place is like brand new! So many restaurants near, I don’t know why you’d like to cook but everything you need is in the kitchen. Very modern!

Pros:

Het hotel is in een verkeersloos rustig steegje gelegen in het hartje van Hanoi. Op het eind van het steegje is een superleuk cafétje en het hotel heeft een superleuke pub. Bij aankomst hartelijk verwelkomd door het enorm vriendelijk personeel. Voor we konden inchecken en ook bij uitcheck, heeft het hotel onze bagage veilig bijgehouden. Ons apartement was heel ruim, een goed bed en een balkon. Alles was aanwezig. We hebben een leuk verblijf gehad.

Pros:

La localisation (petite parenthèse au calme dans Hanoï qui grouille de klaxons tous le temps), la femme qui nous a accueilli très gentille et nous a direct pris en charge, l’appart tres grand et le lit confortable

Really nice room in a good location
Pros:

Fancy ensuite room, very clean, quiet. Room even had basic kitchen facilities, it was more like a studio apartment, very nice!

Cons:

Had to wait a little for someone to check me in, but I think that was due to the holidays

Pros:

In a nice area and handy to the train station. They had a problem with our room prior to check in and quickly contacted us, and offered another room at a lower price. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Some cute little coffee shops in the same lane.

Nice big studio flat with a terrace. Large bed, a living room area with a sofa and coffee table, and a fully furnished kitchen corner.
Ben, the owner, was really helpful, arranging some services for me and always available whenever needed.

Well-located and thoughtfully designed stay near Bún chả Hương Liên, with attentive hosts.
Pros:

The property is conveniently located, with the Old Quarter reachable in around 20 minutes on foot, and just steps away from the famous Bún chả Hương Liên (restaurant). The room is compact but thoughtfully designed, featuring a kitchenette and a surprisingly efficient extractor fan, which prevents cooking smells from lingering — a detail I really appreciated. Although the windows do not offer views, this was not an issue given the limited time spent in the room. The building has an elevator, which adds convenience, and despite a few steps at the entrance, the hosts were attentive and kindly assisted with my luggage.

Cons:

The room is on the smaller side, which may feel restrictive for longer stays or for those traveling with larger luggage.
