Pros:

Shekita checked me in & handled a misprint on my fee very professionally, making a call to go thru the proper channels to correct it. She was so welcoming & very pleasant.
It was an unexpected nice touch to see Welcome Patricia on my TV screen!! The room smelled fresh & everything was spotless.

Cons:

Nothing really. Breakfast didn't have hard boiled eggs which is my healthy choice, but they ran out & I understand that happens.

The room was nice

Cons:

We had our 1 year old foster child with us he was there to have surgery so of course he was doing what one year olds do a walking/ playing. We got told we needed to quit him down by 10:00pm because it’s quite time. I explained when booking that we have a very active one year old. I was told it would be okay. After calling and telling us to quiet him down the person under us proceeded to bang on the floor. It was ridiculous.

The check in was swift, the front desk staff was absolutely amazingly helpful and professional.
The hotels lobby, elevator and hallways were very very clean. I was pleasantly impressed by the level of detail cleanliness of the hotel room.
Not a speck of dust, no leftover hair in bathroom
housekeeping has done an amazing job.
When we are in the area we will definitely revisit the hotel.
