Cómodo, pero con mucha falta de detalles.

La comunicación con el personal era buena. Respondían rápido.

Cons:

Aunque respondieran rápido, no servía para nada porque no te llegaban dar el servicio. La cafetera estaba rota, verificaban con un vídeo en el que se veía que estaba rota pero dijeron que estaba bien. Pedimos cambio de toallas y más café porque estábamos varios días, y nos dijeron que iban a pasar a dejarlo, pero nunca llegó. En estancias de más de 3 días habríamos valorado mejor que se hiciera una pequeña limpieza y cambio de toallas.
