Overrated and overpriced
Pros:

Location is fine

Cons:

There was no Internet and no amenities so bring your soap, shampoo, dish washing detergent, toilet paper, tissues and everything else you might need as there is nothing except cock roaches. Bedsheets were not ironed and not sure if they get a laundry as I can see stains there, really hope they were from massage oil 🤔. It was noisy as no insulation is applied so with window open or closed still you hear clearly cars on the main bullevard nearby. Will never book again...

All in all, the stay was great. It was comfortable and the owner/staff is very responsive. The price is also cheaper
Pros:

Location - walking distance to NAIA T3, church, restaurants, Newport mall, etc. Everything you’ll need is near
Space- studio unit but can actually fit more than 4 pax. Bed has a pull out plus a large sofa bed. It also has a small balcony
Amenities - we did not expect that towels and toiletries are provided so we brought our own stuff as most condotels do not provide these. Kitchen amenities are also complete.
AC unit is cold and wifi is fast.
There’s a pool (though we didn’t use it), and a parking space.

Cons:

- The door is hard to open. I also saw a small roach in the bathroom.
- There’s no bath mat but mop is provided so it’s okay.
- check the heater and hair dryer breaker as the owner might have forgotten to turn it on
