Great value for money
Pros:

Cons:

Location was maybe slightly too far out of Newcastle for us but apart from that it was spot on

Good location but the pictures need to be taking with more than a pinch of salt
Pros:

The location was great in terms of distance from the city centre

Cons:

The pictures are very deceiving. Beds were uncomfortable with very worn mattresses. Kitchen utensils were not very clean and had to wash everything before use. Some fixtures and fittings did not look secure such as wardrobe doors hanging off, the stand on the ironing board was broken so had to iron on the floor and the boiler didn’t work upon arrival which we sorted ourselves by increasing the pressure. The lamp isn’t attached to its base (snapped) and was leaning against the wall. There was a used retainer found in one of the bedrooms and there were loads of cigarette ends outside the back door.
