Pros:

It was quite an experience and a good insight into a perhaps less popular aspect of Japanese culture.

Strange system of swapping locker keys for other locker keys and not having anywhere to sit when removing or putting on shoes.

For the budget-concious
Pros:

Very affordable, good location near rail transport, and it had a hot pool.

Cons:

Capsule was stuffy and hot, poor ventilation. Mattress on the uncomfortable side, had restless sleep. Washroom with hot bath was adequate but cramped, have to wait your turn at busy times.

駅からも近く、都内では高騰しているホテル代を抑えることができます。
軽く体を流して寝るだけなら問題ありません。

Cons:

同じ階でいくつもカプセルが並んでいるので
寝るのに神経質な方、他の人のいびきが気になる方には厳しいかなと思います。

最高
Pros:

カプセルとはいえ、一泊シャワー付きでこの価格は安くて良いと思った。
シャワールームも比較的清潔さを保てていて、気持ちが良かった。
カプセルが満室でしたが、静かで良かったです。
心配になった事が一つあり、カプセルに荷物を置いて夕食に行ったのですが、窃盗などの心配はないのかなと思いました。
ベッドのシーツも驚くほど綺麗でした。
不快に感じだ訳ではないのですが、全体的に少し湿り気があった気がします。
チェックアウトの際のスタッフさんの「行ってらっしゃいませ。良い一日を」などの声がけがとても良く、チェックインの際も丁寧に対応して頂き、気持ち良く利用出来ました。
また冬あたりに利用させて頂きたいと思いました。

フェイスシャンプーのポンプが固かった。

東京素泊まりならこちらをお勧めしたい
