Excelente ubicación y muy buen servicio
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y atento. El desayuno está muy bueno, con buena variedad, y la ubicación del hotel es excelente. En general, una estancia muy agradable y totalmente recomendable.

Llevamos cuatro años seguidos alojándonos en este hotel, pero esta estancia ha sido lamentable. Tras ahorrar todo el año con ilusión para volver al que consideraba el mejor hotel, la experiencia ha sido un fiasco y no volveremos.
Comida: Nos sirvieron comida cruda en el restaurante.
Personal: La plantilla está en prácticas y no comprende el idioma, imposibilitando la comunicación.
Atención: A pesar de haber poco volumen de clientes, la gestión y el servicio han caído drásticamente.
Un dinero tirado tras un año de esfuerzo.

Mala Experiencia
Pros:

El servicio del personal, aunque las instalaciones y los servicios quedan en el hotel no se acercan ni de lejos a un 4 estrellas ni superior ni normal.

Cons:

Las instalaciones no son de un cuatro estrellas superior, en las fotos indicaba que había cafetera en la habitación igual que cualquier cuatro estrellas superior y no estaba. La pica del lavabo huele a cloaca. Tanto el desayuno como la cena, son escasos y no es de buena calidad, he estado en hoteles de tres estrellas que superan a este por mucho. La piscina es minúscula y ni siquiera yo y mi pareja pudimos usarla porque no se cabe. Otro detalle que vi es que no hay de detector de humos dentro de la habitación y me parece extraño. También la instalación eléctrica del hotel está mal hecha, parece ser que un enchufe de una habitación se mojó y toda la planta ocho nos quedamos sin electricidad durante varias horas. En resumen no voy a volver a este hotel ni a ninguno de su cadena porque seguramente todos tendrán la misma poca calidad. Ahh se me olvidaba, el hotel indica que tiene parking, pero no pudimos usarlo porque es un parking minúsculo que solo tendrá aparcamiento para el 5% de las habitaciones o menos, así que indicar en la web que tiene parking es mentir un poco.
