Sossego comprometido

Atendimento dos colaboradores.

Cons:

Do Quarto. Fizemos a parada em Brasília para seguir viagem. Fizemos check-in após as 17h30. Com a condensadora do ar condicionado dentro do quarto foi impossível dormir..Quando ligava, fazia barulho durante a noite..E com ele desligado, não aguentava por conta do calor. A experiência foi péssima..O nosso sossego ficou comprometido .

Deveria te avisado que a condensadora ficava no quarto..Mesmo dentro se um armário, o barulho era insuportável durante a noite..

Já que vocês ampliaram o quarto com a sacada, deveria ter pensado em algo pra isolar o barulho..

Fora esse transtorno, tinha a lâmpada que não estava funcionando.

O Garvey é um condomínio de Flats que sempre nos recebe bem. Tem uma equipe atenciosa e muito preparada. Gostamos da comodidade que eles oferecem.

Cons:

Gostaria que o Garvey tivesse Café da manhã e também tivesse flexibilidade de entrar ao meio dia. Chekin as 15 horas é muito tarde. Chegamos as 8 da manhã na recepção e só entramos as 15h no nosso quarto.

Lo positivo del alojamiento fue la atención del personal, que fue siempre muy amable. Los cuartos estaban limpios, el desayuno era bueno, el ambiente agradable y la ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la zona turística de Brasilia. En general, fue una experiencia agradable.

Cons:

negativos: el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien durante la noche, lo que hacía que la habitación estuviera bastante calurosa. El WiFi era lento y se desconectaba aproximadamente cada 30 minutos. Además, una de las camas estaba hundida en el centro, lo que afectó la comodidad del descanso.
