そもそもホテルの名前が異なっていた。ホテルを見つけることができなかったため別のホテルを手配しました。Booking.comの情報はホテルの名称、チェクイン方法がアプリを利用して案内されるなど、案内されず残念です。

Not far from all the action and has everything you need.
Pros:

Clean and everything you need for a few nights, convenience stores close and street food in the alley!

Cons:

Very noisy at night with dance music blasting till the early morning but could be fun!

Value for money and convenient location
Pros:

The accommodation was conveniently located and easy to find by following the directions and video provided by Bin. The place felt safe with a digital lock and security camera at the gate. While located near the road, it was quiet enough at night. Toiletries and towels are also provided and neatly kept in a basket. There is also a small fridge in the room. Bin was also responsive to my queries and took care of the concerns raised promptly.

Cons:

There was a foul smell from the toilet. The smell was strong at times but not always present. I couldn't really figure out what was the cause but suspected either the drainage from the basin or the ventilation fan bringing in smell from the streets when turned on.

Pros:

There’s plenty of street food in the area, plus services like laundry, small shops, and all that stuff.

Cons:

The apartment I stayed in was fairly small and very dark. Even with all the lights on, the room still felt dim. There was a noticeable smell of damp and mold, and it didn’t feel properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. It was also noisy at night, and the surrounding area had quite a bit of music coming through. Overall, the place wasn’t cozy at all. In fact, it felt more like the complete opposite of cozy.

Spacious and clean apartment in a central location in HCM
Pros:

Clean and spacious apartment with the necessities you need. Located in a small alley where locals prepare delicious streetfood so ideal to start the day after a breakfast outside the door. Fluent and friendly contact with Bin via WhatsApp.

Cons:

Such a pity that they allowed the reopening of a night club around the corner because the sound pollution at night is bad. You absolutely need airplugs to be able to sleep.

Pros:

Great location, great communication via whatsapp with the owner. Comfortable and clean, good value.

Cons:

Beware of the loud music coming from a nearby club. If you have trouble sleeping this might not be the place for you. I sleep in any situation but I needed earplugs in this case.

Don't miss this property if there is a vacant and you won't be disappointed.
Pros:

Everything was perfect as described and both Bin Minh was very helpful and friendly and I highly recommend this property in Ho Chi Minh. Special thanks to Bin, Minh and the cleaning lady. Also don't forget to have delicious steak and eggs breakfast ar the first floor for just 50, 0000.

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like, everything was perfect.

Pros:

The room was clean and cozy. The instructions from the landlord were really helpful.

Cons:

Early in the morning I woke up because there was a guy standing in my room. It was several hours before my check out and that was the next guest who had some questions why I was sleeping in his room. The guy wasn't really nice but I have zero pretension to him because it was a fault if the landlord gave him instructions and keys not one hour before check in as he said he would send to me but at least 6 hours before.
The funny thing is that the landlord didn't send me instructions on time and I needed to push him twice while I was in the airport.
I am a large guy but I felt really uncomfortable and not safe to stay in the room after a morning guest. Luckily the guy didn't steal anything but who knows what would happen if I would be a nice solo travelling girl.

Amazing location! You can get quickly to any attraction. Also the host really knows how to take care of the guests. He also sent a great guide to the city with some excellent food recommendations!

Cons:

It can get a bit loud some nights as he mentions but it was not an issue for me.

This is not a good place to sleep
Pros:

The room is fine during the day.

Cons:

At night it is very noisy, as all the reviews say. Light come in from the stairs through the glass door. The mattress is thin on a hard base.
