Important information:

The wellness and gym is adult only (interior and exterior pools included).

The credit card used for the reservation and a valid ID must be presented at check-in.

If the name on the identity card or passport presented at check-in does not match the name on the credit card used for the booking, written authorization from the credit card holder must be presented via a Booking Form.

If the identity of the cardholder and his/her agreement to use the card cannot be validated, an alternative method of payment must be provided prior to check-in.
Failing this, Mix Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Our new Kids Garderie will run every saturday and sunday morning from 8:00 - 12:00. €15 per child — a safe, fun space where kids play while you enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself. Ages from 3 to 12 years old for 15€/child/day.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Super! Meer dan voldoende keuze. Lekkere wafels en er stond zo een parmaham met been. Ook de eerste keer dat ik dit zie op een ontbijt. Maakt het memorabel 😉

Disappointing Return Visit with Cleanliness Issues and Late Check-In

We recently stayed at Mix Brussels for the second time. We were genuinely happy to be back, as our first visit was a great experience. However, this time felt a bit disappointing.

After what seemed like a busy weekend, it felt like the rooms were cleaned in a rush. The overall cleanliness didn’t match the standard we experienced during our first stay. We understand that carpets can make a room feel cozy, but when they’re not properly maintained, they actually make the space feel less comfortable.

Another issue was the check-in time. A 4 PM check-in feels quite excessive. We understand that late check-outs may impact this, but it shouldn’t mean guests are left waiting until 4 PM—it feels a bit unreasonable.

We still appreciate the hotel and its atmosphere, but we hope these points can be improved for future stays.

Pros:

La chambre correspond exactement aux photos. Le petit déjeuner était très varié et de qualité.
Agreable de pouvoir combiner la nuit avec le spa, la salle de sport, les restaurants et le Fox.
