Unter den Umständen nie wieder + Schade für das Appartmenthaus das sonst okay ist

Lage und Appartment waren okay
Sauberkeit war auch wie erwartet

Cons:

Service bei Problemen sehr schlecht, wird alles versprochen zu beheben aber nichts wird ausgeführt oder eingehalten
Dubiose Gestalten im Eingangsbereich die sich immer wieder unerlaubten Zugang verschafften.
Im ersten Stock Angebot von unseriösem Angeboten und Dienstleistungen von Frauen in entsprechender Kleidung
Wir fühlten uns sehr unwohl und unsicher > auch bei mehrmaligen Klingeln und klopfen bei uns spät Abends am Appartement > Achtung Betreiber ist insolvent

Lokacija je zaista odlicna, odmah preko puta trznog centra Forum gdje mozete naci sve sto vam treba.

Cons:

Apartman je potrebno okreciti i oprati namjestaj, ali to je sve podnosljivo. Problem je neozbiljnost vlasnika, sve funkcionise putem kodova, ali sporazumjevanje sa domacinima je grozno. Bukvalno smo morali zvati domacine da se smiluju da nas puste u smjestaj, jer postoji recepcija, ali na njoj nikad nikog nema. Takodje, nije mi jasno da domacin nije u stanju da snimi detaljno.upustvo o nacinu ulaska u sobe, vec sve mora na tezi nacin. Uz ozbiljno upravljanje, ovo bi bio jedan od ljepsih smjestaja u Minhenu, ali ovako je zaista neozbiljno.
