We like the location of the property which is in the middle of pretty much everything - malls, hospital, supermarket, restaurants.
The notification to move to a new unit (an “upgrade”) was sent an hour before our arrival from the airport. We were not given a prompt notice to check in at 3 PM or instructions on how to get to the unit. It was only told to us after 2 hours of waiting for their response at the lobby of the condominium. All of this happened even when we informed the host a week after we booked the unit. Two of their AC units started acting up during our stay. The one in the master’s bedroom stopped working. The host called for the technician but didn’t really fixed it as it stopped working three times in a row.
Overall, the unit that we were told was an upgrade seemed to be not well-maintained, dirty (the inside of the fridge was not cleaned properly, the floors were dusty, especially their carpets), but had a nice view.
On a positive note, the owner seemed fast to respond to our call for a technician to come and fix the AC.

The location was great, it's right next to the uptown mall and lots of restaurants around. The room was very spacious, it's very good value.
The unit was double booked for the first night so we got an upgrade to another room for one night but we had to stay around the next day to move our stuff for the second night which limited our plan for the day.. Also the water stopped flowing for half a day due to water pump issues which is a major hassle. The late check in and check out was not coordinated correctly. We booked a few minutes past the check in which caused the double booking. We asked for a late check out and got an ok by text but I had to rush back as the cleaners arrived early.
The unit that was given to us was a corner unit and has an amazing view of the city and the pool area. Although the unit was not that new, the facilities were great. It’s well equipped with toiletries, too. It’s just few steps away from Uptown Mall which was very convenient for us.
The only problem was that the check in instructions did not come not until I kept messaging them on the day of check in. I thought at first I was being scammed when I asked the front desk and was told there’s no endorsement about a stay under my name. Also since it’s a condo apartment bldg, although there’s 24/7 front desk, there’s no place to leave luggages. Had to wait for 3 hrs in the lobby until check in, which apparently was not even allowed but the front desk must’ve pitied us and let us linger longer.
We enjoyed our stay. The place was awesome and we had a great time.
I suggest that they provide pot holders, kitchen towels and markers in the oven. We had difficulty figuring out which switch goes with each burner.

The unit smells and looks clean, its proximity to BGC top spots and to Landers, restaus, malls, etc. The premium feeling of the place.
Door locks are not working; no soap dish in the shower, flush is not working in the master’s bedroom

BEWARE OF THIS HOST! I am fnally writing a review SPECIFICALLY FOR THE HOST. There is nothing for me to write about this unit. Why? Because the host claimed that "the unit you booked something came up and cannot accept accommodations suddenly." THOSE WERE THE HOST'S EXACT WORDS A DAY BEFORE THE CHECK-IN DATE. How could it not accept accommodations when it was available during the time of booking?! Liar. It took forever for him to respond to my questions, some were completely ignored and unanswered. I told him I wouldn't accept a replacement; I knew there was something suspicious about the sudden "unavailability" of the unit that was actually booked and paid for. I asked him to cancel the booking and asked for a refund. (I couldn't simply cancel it on my end because it was already within the cancellation period.) Again, he ignored me. He offered to switch to another unit, and then another. He knew the reservation was for my elderly parents and sister; he knew I didn't want them to be stressed; he knew we were in a "tight situation." And he took advantage of that information. He said the replacement unit was an upgrade. IT WAS NOT. I saw the unit when I did a video call with my mom. He gave them a unit that did not look 5500Php per night. Unit looked more like 2800-3500Php, comparing it to units I've seen on this site and other booking sites around that price range. My sisters who visited my parents also noticed that the place looked "cheap." What's even more shady is when I asked for the link of the place so I could book an additional night because my mom had YAG treatment and needed rest, he ignored me again. I can only assume that he didn't want me to know the real price of the place. Instead, he brazenly asked for exactly 5500Php in cash! The audacity!

this host is unreliable we booked on the property last January 16 ,for Feb 2 to Feb 6 ,they send us the confirmation and pin number ,Feb 1 no instruction on how we access the property do we call the host several times with no answer so we call booking.com and they will contact the host they will e mail the instruction the next day before 9 am,Feb 2 host message us that our reservation is canceled without any reason
The location was excellent.
The unit that was promised was not the one we occupied. We were transferred to 3 different units, and one of the unit we stayed on was too many mosquitoes we have to bear for 4 days. So much inconvenience and finally the last unit they gave us is more decent but still not the unit i booked on few months before.
Hope this wont happen again in the future.

Never book this property. It is also reserved in AIRBNB. I once book to one of their properties but it was given to their client in AIRBNB. So I was forced to move to another property and waited almost three hours. It ruined my staycation and paid higher cost from my previous reservation. The property owner violates my privacy by sending your information to the third party. The owner is also very good in threatening you by kicking you out.
