As camas são confortáveis, nos permitiram descansar bem.

Cons:

O hotel fica muito próximo a locais perigosos, não fomos informados sobre isso por ninguém do hotel, inclusive pedimos recomendações de barzinho próximo para que pudéssemos ir a pé e não nos falaram que não era indicado andar a pé a noite na região.
Faltam tomadas no quarto. Solicitamos quarto família, para 5 pessoas e tinha apenas 3 tomadas. O controle da TV quebrado, sendo muito difícil de manusear.
O atendimento na recepção deixou a desejar.
O chuveiro terrível, parecendo entupido, fazendo com que saísse pouca água.
Estava muito frio, poderiam ter observado isso e disponilizado mais cobertores sem que precisássemos pedir.

Somente duas coisas que não gostei
A cama não me deixou confortável, do tipo que a gente afunda no colchão e muito barulho externo que entra no quarto e dificulta o sono
