Pet Policy:
• Pets are welcomed on our outside areas of terrace and hotel entrance + on the way to your room via public elevators. Pets are not allowed in our internal public spaces. Please let us know if your pet is a service animal and we are ready to accommodate.
• Pets are not allowed to be left in guest rooms unattended
• Pets must be healthy, updated on all vaccines and not pose a risk to humans/other animals
• Keep your pet in a pet carrier or on a collar and leash in areas outside of your room.
• Clean up after your pet within the room and in public areas
• Keep your pet under your control and supervision at all times. Any disturbance such as barking, biting, and aggressive behavior may result in removal of pets and/or guests at the discretion of the hotel management
• A limit of 02 pets under 7 kilograms each are allowed per room
• A daily charge of VND 700,000 is added to your booking stay to accommodate our housekeeping fees
• For any pet-related damage to the room or disturbance to other guests, or additional cleaning requested or required, Wink may charge for all associated costs, including compensation made to other guests if necessary

I could see the marriott courtyard hotel from my window
None of the rooms i was given was clean. 1st room the bathroom was disgusting, 2nd room the shower floor had hair and the rest of the room hadnt been mopped, and the last room i was set up in had mold. The dryer was confusing to use so i had to pay twice to dry my clothes. Staff was ineffective.

Modernes Hotel, freundliches Personal, kleines, sauberes, funktionales Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht (Eckzimmer), schnelles Internet, große Frühstücksauswahl, faire Preise beim Laundryservice, Eincheckzeit=Auscheckzeit ist ein toller Mehrwert, effizient arbeitende Aufzüge (was bei der Größe des Hotels nicht selbstverständlich ist)
I liked: the view from the room window, which is quite unique; the kindness of the staff; and the generous breakfast with a view of the Dragon Bridge from the breakfast room. The hotel is clean, and my room was perfectly sufficient for one person traveling alone.

The location was excellent! Walking distance to so many places especially the Han Market and the various eateries surrounding the hotel. Love the vibe of the hotel! It's quite obvious that this brand from Hyatt was created at targeting the younger market. Reminded me very much of W but not at that price point. Breakfast was ok , not fantastic but adequate although you do get a fantastic view of the Dragon Bridge while enjoying your meal. Overall, a great stay
No coffee or tea making facility in the room but it's available at the lobby/cafe anytime you require it. The room was tiny but very well thought out so it's incredibly functional. Nothing really that I didn't like.

Dead bar in front of the hotel. Rather not have it or keep it small if it is always empty and not designed. Doesn't look very inviting.

Location. Brewery tap room at entrance.
It’s our second stay. When we checked in to our two rooms they really were not ready. Took too long to get us checked in. The keys didn’t work for one room and that’s because they gave us the wrong room number. One room had a broken seal on one of the windows and it allowed street noise to be especially loud. After three days o complained as our sleep was being disrupted and a technician came to look at it. The curious thing is he went right to the broken window as I deduced they knew of this issue. So we moved rooms.
Room categories are different under Hyatt which we found out at arrival. Last year we had a corner room, now it’s an extra charge as it is its own category now.
