Pet Policy:
• Pets are welcomed on our outside areas of terrace and hotel entrance + on the way to your room via public elevators. Pets are not allowed in our internal public spaces. Please let us know if your pet is a service animal and we are ready to accommodate.
• Pets are not allowed to be left in guest rooms unattended
• Pets must be healthy, updated on all vaccines and not pose a risk to humans/other animals
• Keep your pet in a pet carrier or on a collar and leash in areas outside of your room.
• Clean up after your pet within the room and in public areas
• Keep your pet under your control and supervision at all times. Any disturbance such as barking, biting, and aggressive behavior may result in removal of pets and/or guests at the discretion of the hotel management
• A limit of 02 pets under 7 kilograms each are allowed per room
• A daily charge of VND 700,000 is added to your booking stay to accommodate our housekeeping fees
• For any pet-related damage to the room or disturbance to other guests, or additional cleaning requested or required, Wink may charge for all associated costs, including compensation made to other guests if necessary

Great place, I did prefer the food and pool at the riverside, but it was good to be on the city side for a change

Good location. 24 hour stay is great! Many charging ports in the room.
The hallway is dark in the night . Should have sufficient lightings for safety reasons.
My room safe was not working. The bedroom slippers were not sealed .
The bathroom double door is impractical.

It was walking distance from the river and the dragon bridge. It was a lively area and felt really safe as a solo female traveller. The room was perfect just for me, and after living a week in the countryside with my family for Lunar New Years it was a nice upgrade. The beds and pillows were amazingly soft and comfortable. the shower was generous size with greta water pressure and hot water, the bathroom was compact but had everything you needed. Loved the ceiling to floor windows and the views were immaculate. And the study desk was a nice touch. I loved coming back every night after a long day of sightseeing.
The room was a tad small I can see it being a bit tight if I had a second person with me. It was quite expensive for Vietnam, but I booked this last minute during Lunar New Years. And there were always loud Karaoke or Lion dancing drums that woke me up around 6am everyday. I'm unsure if thats normal or if it was Lunar New Year related activities. It was also too far to walk to the beach, but thats the decision you have to make in Danang. I love the beach, but wanted to be closer to where all the good food is.

Great location and hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful
Breakfast was decent. Could have a wider selection to cater towards western tastes. An example would be a couple of different breads and some choice of spreads.
