Dear hotel owner and Booking.com aggregator,
I am writing this complaint to you and hold you primarily responsible for the situation described below.
I came to Gurgaon for a few days on business.
I explained to your manager that I work at night and sleep during the day.
I explained that I would book this room daily because I don't know the exact departure time from Delhi.
Why wasn't this information used in your professional account on Booking.com, making this room (105) unavailable for booking by other users of your service?
I paid for four nights using the cash and QR code provided by the manager.
I sent messages to your business WhatsApp account with explanations.
Last night, around 3:30 AM, I entered the hotel and explained to the sleeping employee at the entrance that I was rebooking this room and would pay the manager directly via the QR code. The employee didn't speak English.
I translated it into Hindi using Google Translate.
I explained to him that I was reserving the room for another day and would pay right away using the same QR code with the manager.
An hour later, I opened the door to my room because it was noisy in the hallway and met with the manager, the same manager who had previously received all my explanations and payment.
I verbally explained again that I had already paid for another night and would be checking out that evening. I asked him to check WhatsApp and not disturb me. The manager said everything was fine.
By this point, it turns out, my room had already been booked for other people, as I just found out with your manager.
But the manager apparently didn't know this or didn't take this into account. This suggests that they don't check the booking software and can't collate the information and use it wisely.
So, at 1:30 PM today, they woke me up again and told me I had to move to room 202 because other guests were already waiting for my room to become available.
I really liked the overall comfort and warmth of my stay at 636 Lime Tree Hotels. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was attentive and courteous, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and essentials. I also appreciated the calm ambiance of the property, which created a homely yet professional feel. Overall, the stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable.
I really liked the clean, spacious rooms and the amazing, helpful staff. The service was excellent, and the location was super convenient.
Flush was not working properly. Proper cutlery was not there. Breakfast was only poori n aloo and that too they served cold.
The cleanliness was an issue. Dirty plates had been kept in the kitchen without washing. The wooden planks are falling off from under the kitchen sink and could hurt.
The space was very good indeed but no balcony made it a little uncomfortable after 2 days. The connecting door was also a turn off especially because there was a patient in the next room .
The housekeeping washed the plates upon my asking but used the same cloth for cleaning the plates as the kitchen platform.
Hygiene was seriously compromised.
No gloves while cleaning toilets.
When I asked for water the guy cleaning toilets brought the refilled jug.
I think this is serious lack of training. For 2800 bucks a night, people deserved better.
They haven't provide the breakfast in time., room not clean, pipes & fixing are very worst.
Nothing
Was safe because the hotel has camera but if not then I will left
it was very dirty I had to ask about the posiesl to replace it
