Too much smell in the room from the toilet.

We booked a room with breakfast. They are very slow. Very less variety to offer. Even though they commit 8.30 for BF whereas they delayed beyond 10. Which will affect the travel plan

I felt very safe and comfortable at hotel shiva lake and would highly recommend it

The food was really lovely
The staff both in reception and dining and house keeping was brilliant
Viren in particular at reception was very helpful and assisted me when I had any questions
I was very happy being there

Cons:

There was a strong smell from the bathroom which was very irritating

Nothing was to like

Cons:

To much noise, rooms were not clean, bed provided had layer of dirt, Room service delayed by 1 hr no response, no electric kettle, tv remote, glasses, nothing in name of amenities, no soap or shampoo.
