Tolle Anlage- zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

-großer Kühlschrank
- 2 große Zimmer mit Badezimmer
- tolle große saubere Anlage, die man eigens mit einem Golfcar befahren darf ( mit Wohnung mietet mat auch im Preis inbegriffen ein Golfcar)
- Restaurants, Cafés und Supermarkt in direkter Nähe, fußläufig erreichbar
- 2 schöne Strände vorhanden
- einige Schwimmbecken vorhanden

Cons:

- sehr kleine Betten
- Küchenutensilien sehr veraltet und sehr schmutzig, teilweise verrostetes, gebrochenes , kaputtes Material
-Küche insgesamt sehr schmutzig
- Toilette mit defekter Klobrille
- Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine sehr laut bei Gebrauch , Trockner bei Ankunft: bereits defekt
- 2 Balkons , davon ein Balkon nicht nutzbar : Ablageraum, versteckt hinter Vorhängen, keine Stühle und ohne Tisch
- Grill sehr schmutzig: haben wir deswegen gar nicht benutzt

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns bei allen Themen unterstützt. Die Größe des Apartments war mehr als ausreichend und der Ausblick war ein Traum. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Pros:

Фантастическое место рядом с Мариной, закрытая территория со своим парком, пляжами и многих другим. Рядом Spar и рестораны. В апартах есть кухня, огромный балкон с грилем. Предоставляется гольфкар для перемещений по территории и до тц. Две большие комнаты со своими санузлами, стиральная машина и сушка. Красиво, эстетично и удобно. Хост встретила нас, объяснила все детально. Очень приятный интелегентный хост.

Pros:

Vistas magníficas del atraque de barcos. Se podía tomar el sol en el balcón. El buggie te permite desplazarte por la isla de una forma rápida. El gimnasio es fantástico. El sistema de reserva de pistas de padel y tenis funciona muy bien. El anfitrión es de 10. Nos aconsejó muy bien durante nuestra estancia.

Cons:

Los precios del supermercado ubicado en el centro comercial son altos. A unos 5 km hay un supermercado con buenos precios accesible en taxi.

Pros:

Tout était parfait - tous les services nécessaires (restaurants, superette, paddle, tennis, plage, ...) accessibles sur place sans avoir à utiliser la voiture - un concept original dans un cadre magnifique - les tours en voiturette de golf dans le parc étaient juste magiques, jour et nuit.

Расположение и виды завораживающие. Наличие всего необходимого для комфортного пребывания. Наличие гриля на балконе.

Cons:

По ощущениям пора освежить ремонт и заменить часть посуды на кухне. Часть розеток нужно заменить, ими может быть опасно пользоваться. На посудомойке стерлись все надписи, не ясно какую программу запускаешь. Слабый напор воды в душе.

Beautiful property and fun
Pros:

Beautiful apartment, large rooms , good airco and great view from the balcony . Having golf car to go around the property was very nice. A lot of good facilities like fitness, nice pool etc. Property location is perfect with shops and good restaurants close by

Cons:

Property was beautiful but I didn’t like the beaches. They are artificial and not appealing.

- Eden Island is the best place to spend time/stay in the Seychelles; it's simply beautiful
- The owner's employee tries to be helpful
- Beautiful views from both sides of the apartment
- We highly appreciate the possibility of an early check-in

Cons:

- Unfortunately, the apartment is quite worn out, especially the furniture and kitchen appliances, as well as the furniture in the rooms
- The equipment, furniture, and doors in the apartment are rather dirty, with grime resulting from wear and tear
- There are a lot of ants in the kitchen in the apartment
- Contact with the owner is very difficult
- During our stay, we had a very dangerous situation involving the shattering of the glass shower door while being repaired by the owner's employee (we reported the issue with the shower cabin door not opening properly upon our arrival). The glass, which was everywhere, injured my husband. Of course, we understand that such situations can happen, but there was a lack of an appropriate reaction from the owner
- In the pool by the bar, despite the prohibition, many people eat food and drink beverages; there is no one to monitor such behavior, making swimming rather unpleasant

the apartment was advertised as for 4 adults, in fact it turned out to be for 2 adults and 2 children since the second bedroom was smaller and the 2 separate beds in it were very small, the furniture in all the rooms was old, the cleaning company cleaned very poorly, the dishes were old and not complete with chipped edges
