I love the staff, the size of the room, the amenities, the views, the location, pretty much everything!
I didn't like the people stomping around on the floor above me but the staff remedied that very quickly by moving me to a nice quiet room. I love this place. It's my favorite place to stay in Whitehorse.

The staff were terrible,, locked me out and wouldn't let me back into the hotel
I tried going back after booking a ro9m and they said nope
No breakfast. Chinese restaurant next door was a winner!!! Legit Chinese fare, not Panda Express grade.

El hotel estuvo súper cómodo, bien ubicado,, silencioso, y limpio. La verdad tuvimos una estancia muy buena, descansamos bastante luego de los tour de auroras, tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia, una habitación enorme, y el personal súper amable. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente, y si volviera a Whitehorse, sin duda volvería al hotel. Muchas gracias ☺️
