Absolutely everything was near perfect
seat cushions on roof top were stored in the bathroom...couldn't sit on the patio furniture or use bathroom for 6 out of 10 days of out of our stay
Studio was absolutely ok. Good location, comfy bed, nice building and pool.
Free parking in the garage.
We arrived around 10pm, after many hours of travel and at reception desk there wasn't information about our reservation. We didn't get room number first.
It was clarify eventually, but we really just wanted to go to our room :)
Roof top and location
Property was good but someone smoking reefer and small came in our room through the vents
The location was great. Quiet and walking distance to several supermarkets. The apartment kitchen was extremely well equipped. Staff communication was great. On-site parking was very convenient.
The TV was broken.
Lovely studio room with kitchenette facilities including fridge freezer which is great. Well designed and decorated. Really comfy bed! Roof top pool was lovely and there’s a bbq area (although we didn’t use it). About 15 minute walk to the beach. Underground parking was great especially in the heat. I would stay again!

This apartment is in a great location, close to the tourist area but far enough away to be quiet. The building is new, and the room is fantastic. The apartment is very well set up with everything you need. The host has provided all the little things that help to make the stay great, and communication was excellent! The bed was very comfortable. The pool and rooftop area was great for relaxing and there was plenty of seating available, and a few lounge chairs near the pool.
A wonderful stay in Playa Del Carmen. The apartment itself was perfect - very comfortable, had everything I needed and was very quiet (something which is tough to find in PDC).
The true highlight of this property is the roof. Up there is paradise - the pool is glorious and it’s the perfect space to relax
It was a perfect place to stay ! Superb studio (a bit misleading about a balcony ) however the rooftop area compensated for that !

The room has everything you need and the terrace with the pool is nice. As well the location is very good

Apartment was very clean, comfy, and in a nice location - a more residential neighbourhood away from the busiest part of town, but with some nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The roof terrace was nice as well! Weather was sadly not good enough for us to use the unheated pool more than once, but it’s lovely. Overall, Good value.
We had a few minor issues that weren’t addressed very promptly. The hairdryer broke in the first couple of days and despite assurances over message, it was never fixed. So no hairdryer for the whole trip. The ceiling fan was also broken when we arrived, and was not repaired. This is annoying as one of the reasons we booked was because of the ceiling fan. We also had issues using the PIN code on the door, told the concierge and nothing was done until the battery for the lock actually ran out and we were locked out (turned out it was low battery).
Just be aware that the concierge is not really responsible for issues inside the apartment, so if something goes wrong you only have contact with owner over message. They were usually prompt to reply, but minor issues not necessarily fixed promptly.
Apartment is very good value and overall we had a positive experience, but could have been a 10/10 if these issues were dealt with quickly.
Very comfortable well equipped flat and very accommodating host. We had a medical emergency and had to extend the stay a bit and it was all facilitated for us and also offered extra cleaning days. I would really recommend, well located not in the noisy area but walking distance to everywhere.
The condo was great. Very cosy, clean and had great facilities.

The sofa had stains on and wasn't inviting to sit on.
There was lots of unnecessary clutter around the room which made the room feel small. For example, an empty post it note holder, a large empty water dispenser, books and fake plants. They should be removed so guests can put their belongings on the surfaces.
Some of the cooking items were dirty and stained e.g. the chopping boards. These should be checked between guests to make sure they are clean.
I had a problem with my wifi. As soon as I communicated with the host they promptly sent somebody to fix it.
Well-appointed suite with a kitchen, big screen TV, books, beach chairs and everything I'd need to have a comfortable stay. Hot shower and a nice infinity pool.
