Complex was pleasant.

Bedside lamp was down at the end of the bed.
Photos shown on my confirmation booking were far superior to apartment we were assigned.
They stated that toiletries were provided but we only got a few small tubes of shampoo and shower gel - no soap.
No cleaning materials provided... Only 2 dishwasher tablets provided tablets for a 10 day stay.

Obiekt dobrze zlokalizowany, czysty, cichy i przytulny. Znakomita obsługa w recepcji, już przed przyjazdem otrzymaliśmy w formie linków i mapek mnóstwo przydatnych informacji dotyczących możliwości zaparkowania, samej wyspy i najbliższej okolicy mieszkania.
I would like more towels and duvet covers plus pillow cases
Location is good and the onsite bar and pools are nice. Communication with host was easy. I can see why its rated highly for most staying here. No fob is provided pre entry until you get keys from lock box inside complex, someone already entering complex did let us in to get these though.
The whole apartment is in need of some real tlc all items in kitchen and furniture are very well used or on their way out. It feels musty inside. The cutlery and crockery all needed a good clean to be used and was mismatched, kitchen chairs all stained. Kitchen walls had all grease marks on. Curtains need a good wash or freshen up. We had the use of 4 towels and one old hand towel for 5 days between 3 of us luckily theres a washing machine in the apartment. Towels were mismatched old and had bleach stains on one of them. The noise from the lift shaft made it unbearable to have the window open when sleeping at night it was so noisy. And the light from the landing is so bright black out drapes are needed. Used products and food left in cupboards from previous guests. The reviews and photos of the apartment are deceiving. Its disappointing as we were so looking forward to our stay in Tenerife. No toiletries provided only a pack and some half used toilet rolls and an already opened hand wash in the bathroom cupboard. We did bring our own but this is listed in the apartment facilities.
Kompleks zachowany w dobrym stanie, otwarty basen z leżaczkami i barem, który był bardzo przystępny cenowo w mojej opinii, personel służący zawsze pomocą, bez problemowo dostałem dodatkowe kapsułki do prania czy zmywarki. Sklepy i wszystkie tego typu udogodnienia w zasięgu 6-7min max od kompleksu, także to jest też ogromny +. Zwrot kaucji natychmiastowy.
Apartament na 5/6 osób może być delikatnie przymały, pokój, w którym miały być 2 pojedyncze łóżka, było 1 piętrowe i w efekcie końcowym spała tam 1 osoba, która ubrania położyła na górze, ponieważ w innym wypadku nie byłoby tam miejsca. W 2 osoby w tym pokoiku nie ma szans. Wyposażenie startowe w postaci kapsułek do zmywarki/pralki w mojej ocenie jak na te liczbę osób też za małe (po 2szt.), ale jak wyżej napisałem, bez problemu uzyskałem dodatkową liczbę od personelu. Tak to poza tym jak najbardziej wszystko ok.
Hébergement en famille agréable, vu sur la piscine, calme, très bon accueil, chambre de courtoisie le dernier jour pour profiter d'une journée de plage en plus, plage à 300m, la vie à pied sous le soleil. L'ensemble des échanges sont fait via whatsapp, ce qui est très pratique. Parfait.
Hay balcón
Quiet and peaceful, extremely clean, a short stroll to the main beach / bars area, perfect distance from the nightlife etc to choose if you want to be part of it or not :) sunshine hits the pools all day, the pool bar does great snacks, coffees and drinks - made even more special by Luca and Fabio, would definitely return.

The location was perfect. Prefect for walking to the beach, a nice restaurants around, and perfect for a couple to stay at. The owner was very nice and quick to respond. One day we forgot the the keys inside and she quickly helped us. I don’t know why you would rate this place less than a 10. Also, if you are looking to use transportation, get a blue card and use the bus to travel around the island!

The complex is within a gated community and is very well placed to get around Adeje. The grounds were well kept and very tidy with adequate pool areas and no sunbed wars - which is rare. The staff from Orlando 85 were particularly friendly and helpful and dealt with any requests we had with no issues what so ever and I have to give a special shout out to Luca & Mirea who were both exceptional and went above and beyond for us.
The studio we were in was a bit dated and could have done with a freshen up or modernisation but this didn't affect our stay and wouldn't stop us coming back. The layout of the complex is a bit confusing at first (especially if you arrive at night ) I nipped out for some provisions on the first night and couldn't find my block on my return - it was a bit of a labyrinth and not very well marked out inside - there are maps at the entrances ( take a picture and keep on your phone) but the next day I took a good look around and got my bearings so again this would be a minor point.
