Sala Siem Reap & Spa

We stayed at Sala Siem Reap Hotel from 8–10 July for 2 nights. It was a very nice stay. The staff were friendly, the hotel was lovely, and it was easy to get around the city. There were plenty of restaurants and places to meet friends nearby. We had a wonderful time visiting family and really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back again next time.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and perfect for both my son and me. I was especially grateful that the staff accommodated my son's vegetarian breakfast every day. The meals were very well prepared, and he really enjoyed them.

I loved the pool, and the breakfast offered a good variety and was always satisfying. The location was also excellent. We had dinner at the hotel on our first night, and it was delicious.

My sincere thanks to Theara and David for making our stay so enjoyable. They always went out of their way to help my son and me, and their kindness and professionalism made a real difference. I would also like to thank the gentleman at the door, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch. He was always smiling, welcoming, and very friendly.

Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. I hope to see you again in the future!

I recently spent another night at Sala Siem Reap Hotel, and I was pleased to notice several improvements compared to my previous stay.

The reception team on arrival were efficient and friendly. They located my reservation immediately and completed the check-in process quickly and professionally.

The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were attentive, always greeted guests with a smile and made everyone feel genuinely looked after. Breakfast had also improved noticeably, which was great to see.

The room I stayed in seemed to have been refreshed, or perhaps the housekeeping team has become even more attentive to detail. Everything was spotless, comfortable and very well presented.

The check-out process was smooth and efficient, a noticeable improvement from my last visit.

Thank you to Sala Siem Reap Hotel and the entire team for another well-managed and enjoyable stay.

The management team also maintained a visible presence around the lobby and public areas, which gave the impression that they were actively involved in ensuring guests had a pleasant experience.

Staff are all exceptional, kind, attentive, and desiring to please.

La posizione è buona, di fronte al museo nazionale di Angkor e di fianco a un fornitissimo supermercato moderno.
La reception è un pò buia e non bella come in foto, ma il personale è molto molto gentile, ci ha aiutato in tutto, dal portarci le valigie in camera, all’aiutarci in qualsiasi nostra richiesta sempre con un sorriso. La camera è spaziosa, il letto comodo e la doccia ha solo il soffione in alto ma è gradevole. La colazione è buona ma solo a la carte. Caffè espresso buono e incluso a colazione, ma preso a parte costa 3,5$. Ragazzo che si occupa delle ordinazioni molto gentile e simpatico. Diamo una buona valutazione perché il personale è molto molto gentile soprattutto Kark, Til e Yan Pai ma l’hotel può decisamente essere migliorato.

Great hotel for a short busy stay in SiemReap. Within walking distance to shopping mall. Plenty of places to eat along the main road.
Room was lovely and a very comfortable huge bed.

My wife and I stayed at here for 8 days in this hotel. The hotel is well located in central area of Bangkok. The rooms were huge and well furnished and presented. Bath and shower available in large bathroom with water always hot at any time. Air conditioning in bedroom was superb. We found the check in and out to be smooth and fast. Staff throughout were polite and friendly. We booked our trip through front desk which was superb value. Highly recommend this hotel.

After 2.5 years I came back and liked the place. Super lively location

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné au Sala Siem Reap Hotel pendant 5 nuits. C'était notre troisième séjour dans cet hôtel et, une fois de plus, nous n'avons pas été déçus. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable, et rien n'est jamais trop leur demander.

Nous avons eu l'occasion de parler au directeur de l'hôtel à plusieurs reprises durant notre séjour. Lui aussi était très accueillant et veillait sincèrement à ce que tout se passe parfaitement. Nous avons rencontré quelques petits soucis concernant le petit-déjeuner, mais ils ont été réglés immédiatement et avec beaucoup de professionnalisme.

Nous espérons revenir au début de l'année prochaine

Fantastic hotel. Lovely pool, clean room and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very good and the style suited us perfectly, so we were very happy.

The staff at the reception were always available to offer advice on local attractions, restaurants, tuk-tuks and getting around Siem Reap, which was a real bonus.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with very nice, spacious and airy rooms, with pleasant views over the city and surrounding area.

The hotel is well located with easy access to Temples and many of Siem Reap's attractions by tuk-tuk. The only thing to be careful of is the uneven pavements in some areas of the city, so it's worth watching your step while walking around!
