Pros:

The host was so lovely and welcoming! The dorm was very spacious, bed was comfortable and the property was overall clean. Located a bit further from the center but it's very easy to get around. Would recommend for a nice and quiet stay!

Cons:

Sometimes a bit hard to reach the staff, depending on what you're looking for it could be a bit isolating, only one toilet in the dorm.

Lovely place to stay where the staff make it superb.
Pros:

Although this homestay was very nice, it was elevated to a superb stay by the beautiful Jean, who made our comfort and enjoyment her highest priority. We arrived extremely early in the morning, and Jean realised we were there and immediately came out and prepared a room for us, going way above and beyond to make sure our young children could get some rest, even though we weren't due to check in until the afternoon.
The facilities were nice, comfortable, spacious, quiet. It's in a courtyard, and the cafe is very nice. The location is convenient for Fuji-Mart and nice restaurants and it's in a regular part of town, so not catered around tourism.
Jean is a talented painter, and her artwork is displayed through the home, which is a really special bonus of staying here.

Cons:

We stayed here because we wanted to visit the Air Defense Museum and it was a perfect location for that, but if you wanted to see the usual attractions in the Old Quarter, it is just a little further away.

A nice calm place, full of energy
Pros:

Such kind and engaging people. At some moments being here is like being on a bustling train full of energy being brought to all nice local places and having dinner together. They really want to see you happy and connect people together. Normally I am less engaging than this and it sometimes felt like a wild ride for me, full of energy,, but the people and place have stolen my heart.

If you want calm, this is a good place too. If you want engaging and fun, it is also the right place. Some places can make shy people less shy and this is one of the places that could.

Amazing place, helpful staff and wonderful host! I enjoyed every moment. The cafe with the instruments is also very nice.

Cons:

Just some safety concerns - the bunk bed is very high and can be hard to climb. Also the lockers don't always work properly.

Staff supported me to deliver the medicine I left there. Parking lot

Cons:

No shampoo. The bathroom floor is wet all the time. The upper bed has nothing to grab when climb up to it. I was scared I could fall.

Gelegen in de wijk Dong Da, maar toch een rustig plekje om je terug te trekken. Op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden. Fijne sfeer, heel vriendelijk personeel.

Simply the best
Pros:

I just booked 3 nights but I ended up staying there for 10 nights. Amazing place if you want to stay away from chaotic city centre and have lovely local experience. 30 min walk to centre or 10 min drive. Young people working there are awesome they help you with anything. Big thanks to Jin. Coffee shop next door is great ( best barista - Quy).
Don’t hesitate and book this place.
I will come back ;)
