Cons:

Ich kann die vielen 5 Sterne Bewertungen mit immer nur EINER Bewertung in ihren Accunts nur als gefakte Eigenwerbung deuten.
Einige enttäuschte Besucher bemerkten dies auch schon.

Das Hotel macht schon in der Lobby einen herunter gekommenen Eindruck. Die völlig unfreundliche Reception am Nachmittag bestätigt meinen Vermutung das es hier nicht sehr Kundenfreundlich zugeht.

Mein erstes Zimmer erwies sich als "Baustelle" mit zerbrochener Decke und keine Reinigung und Bettzeug.

Das zweite Zimmer ähnelte dem ersten, war ungereinigt und abgewirtschaftet.

Ich habe das Hotel dann am Morgen vorzeitig verlassen.
Der Receptionist der Frühschicht versuchte noch den Schaden zu begrenzen und mir ein drittes Zimmer anzubieten was ich aber ablehnte.
Das Hotel hat mir einen Tag Urlaub gekostet und mir die Freude an den An sich schönen Strand genommen.
Mir wurde dann beim vorzeitigen Auschecken die Nacht nicht berechnet.

very shabby, disappointing.
Pros:

I arrived last minute as another hotel booking fell through, this hotel were able to find me a room at short notice. they let me have a room to shower in and leave my bags in while my room was being prepared. also the staff were very helpful and friendly and let me park my motorcycle in the lobby overnight. the hotel is beachfront and just across the road from the great beach. Highlands Coffee right next door.

Cons:

The lobby looks great but the room and especially the bathroom I got (902) was very run down. The bathroom ceiling was stained and had broken tiles, the walls had broken tiles, and the floor had broken tiles and evidence of where a wall had been removed around the shower, also the shower heads themselves were missing the silicon nozzels so the water flow was unpredictable. The bathroom was actually quite disgusting. The towel I was given had two large ripped holes in it. The bed was clean and there were two beds but for some reason there was a bench fixed in place between them which mean you can't walk between the beds. when I first got into the room there was no A/C remote but while I was out it reappeared on the table. There's no wifi in the room either, wifi is only available in the lobby.

Pros:

I was in this hotel, it was amazing, room's are clean and tidy, and the a owners of the hotel are really beautiful people, kind hearted, after i checked out, my taxi came late at 4pm , i was able to stay in my room, till my pick up also the view is amazing. The price range of this 3 star hotel is really cheap. I totally recommend this hotel.
