Prezzo buono ma delusione totale
Pros:

Camera piccolina e piena di muffa non si poteva respirare panni pulitissimi ma molta sporcizia in camera piena di polvere e muffa nera a vista
Aqua per pavimento in bagnio
Se si prendetene cura delle camere sarebbe meglio e sicuramente sarebbepiu clientelea non raccomando

Listing needs a serious overhaul to be more clear on how to access the accomodations, parking, and checkout procedures.
Pros:

A convenient stop over point outside of Parma on the way to the coast.

Cons:

The listing has three names attached to it. It was only through my Google Maps sleuthing and conversations with the “owner/host that I could determine where the property was located and where the entrance was located.
The on-site parking needs to be clearly marked with posted signs as it was confusing where to park.
While I knew about self-checkin , it wasn’t clear where my room was or what to do until again I had to reach out to host by text to see what to do next once inside.
While the room was nice and comfortable one should know that it is right on a major highway and no way can you sleep with the windows open for fresh air. The shower is moldy. Host was friendly and accommodating!
