I was very happy with my stay and I will definitely come back again.
Pros:

I felt very happy staying there, it felt like my own home. The host, Gülşah Kar, welcomed us very warmly and provided everything we needed. I was very pleased with the service, the house, and the hospitality.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pros:

Good location near Galata Port and Galata Tower, very walkable. The apartment was cosy and clean with all the amenities provided. And the host was receptive whenever we had any questions.

Cons:

Sound isolation is a bit bad , you can hear everything in the corridor or from outside the window, but for a short stay it’s bearable.

Pros:

La ubicación céntrica del apartamento así como el tamaño de la habitación. Al llegar no acerté a abrir la puerta con la aplicación y me atendieron al momento en el teléfono que indicaba la reserva.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement joli, fonctionnel et idéalement situé.
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville. Le logement est très agréable, confortable et joliment décoré. C’est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Les lits sont confortables.

Cons:

Il manque quelques petits accessoires pour rendre l’appartement réellement pratique comme des torchons ou plus de papiers toilette.
Je ne suis pas fan du système de clef numérique qui implique de télécharger une application.

В целом все понравилось. Соотношение цена-качество отличное.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение.
В районе галата очень много крутых спусков и подъемов, но сам отель находится на спокойной и чистой улочке с минимальным уклоном. К улице Истикляль будет тяжело подниматься, но вот спуститься к остановке трамвая (который идет по всем основным достопримечательностям T1) и набережной займет не больше 10 минут.
Апартаменты просторные, на кухне есть все необходимое, в ванной тоже.
Взяла апарт с кроватью 190*200, она действительно такая большая.
Заселение было предельно простым. Сами апартаменты находятся в отдельном здании, вводишь код и входишь в urban quarters, а на этаже открываешь с помощью приложения и телефона.
Также, перед заселением попросили второе одеяло. Когда приехали, оно уже лежало на кровати.
На последнем этаже есть терраса , на которую можно подняться, попить кофе и тд. Красивый вид.
После выселение разрешили оставить вещи в здании отеля.

Cons:

В душевой было немного грязно (желтые углы и волосы), но я теперь вожу с собой набор из моющего средства, губки и щетки, поэтому за пару минут все очистила и было приятно наступать туда голыми ногами.
Этаж выбрать невозможно, мы жили на 2, так что окна выходили на чей то заброшенный внутренни двор и стройку. По звукам это не мешало, но поглазеть было некуда.
По звукоизоляции тоже все не очень хорошо. В соседнем номере жили очень экспрессивные люди и переодически друга на друга кричали и хлопали дверьми. Это было слышно только на кухне и в короткое время, тк и они и мы уходили утром и приходили поздно вечером. В целом не сильно мешало, но иногда было ощущение, что они просто в соседней комнате прямо за дверью разговаривают.
Ремонт чуть уставший, но это мешало только визуально.

if you prefer a contactless stay and want to be very close to public transport, this place is a good choice.
Pros:

I really liked the location — it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the tram station, and there are great shops and cafés nearby. The apartment has a small living room, a kitchen, and a terrace, and the bedroom was comfortable as well.

Just to note, there is no reception. Access is through a phone app and all communication is handled online. I had a small issue with the key at one point, but they responded quickly and resolved it well.

Cons:

The walls are quite thin, so you may hear the neighbors, which disturbed our sleep on some nights.

Pros:

Really spacious and clean. Even though they didn’t let us know from the beginning that there were problems with the apartment they gave us a room for some hours to have a shower

Cons:

We had lots of problems with the heating, there was a problem with the boiler and didn’t have hot water for three days . It was winter so with just the ventilation we were really cold . The only good thing is that they tried to give solution

Pros:

We stayed here for 3 days and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and situated in a great location. It was very convenient to have restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes nearby. Also, being close to the T1 tram made getting around the city incredibly easy. We especially appreciated the seamless contactless check-in process. We had a very relaxing stay—thank you!

Необходимо решить проблему со сквозняком с аварийного выхода. Может быть его нужно красиво замаскировать? А то он портит
Pros:

Локация отличная . Рядом кафе, магазины, булочные, продуктовый магазин, трамвайная остановка недалеко.
В квартире есть все необходимое : холодильник с морозилкой , кофемашина , микроволновка, плита, чайник, даже сковородки и кастрюли это приятно удивило.
В холодильнике был комплимент в виде воды.
Так же из приятного было кофе, фильтры, сахар и чай, которых хватило практически на все пять дней.
Полностью бесконтактное заселение , вход через телефон - современно.
Есть лифт - это удобно.

Cons:

-Когда мы приехали в номере было ужасно холодно, хозяева забыли включить отопление.
-На картинках не было видно, что есть аварийный выход с которого был жуткий сквозняк( эконом номер - 303). Поездка была в январе, в Стамбуле был снег и это создало мне неудобства. Был сквозняк и продувало. Благо была пленка пришлось самостоятельно устранять проблему.
-Номер был забронирован на троих, однако тапочки , посуда были только для двоих.
- Нет зубной пасты и щеток одноразовых.
-Вид из окна на развалины .

Pros:

La zona del alojamiento es inmejorable, en el medio de la calle con cuesta suave (estambul tiene cuestas muy pronunciadas). A 5 min de T1 (que te deja en la zona vieja en otros 10 min). A 10 min andando de una de las principales calles comerciales. El barrio es moderno, buen ambiente, cerca de locales y tiendas más alternativas en barrio de Cihangir. Piso amplio, cama amplia, baño y ducha muy confortable.

Cons:

Si tengo que poner una pega es el sistema de entrada autónoma desde el tlf. Los que somos europeos llegamos sin Roaming y no podemos gestionar las preferencias de la app hasta llegar, aunque en el portal ya tienes wifi. Aunque la ayuda y atención que hemos recibido por parte de Gulsah ha sido EXCELENTE.

Весьма хорошо, но шумновато.
Pros:

Весьма комфортная квартира. Новый ремонт, кровать и диван не скрипят. Большинство наших просьб оперативно удовлетворялись (дополнительное одеяло и пододеяльник + устранение засорившейся трубы). Приятный заезд и выезд без необходимости взаимодействовать с кем-либо. Расположение меня полностью удовлетворило (ходил в центр через Золотой Рог пешком, хотя можно воспользоваться трамваем), однако для супруги подъем на Истикляль весьма резкий. Спасибо за приветственную бутилированную воду, чайные пакетики и сахар. С террасы наверху открывался хороший вид на новогодние салюты.

Cons:

Маленький (для двоих с багажом) лифт, неожиданно закрывающиеся внутренние двери: напугало при заезде.
В описании указана шумоизоляция, однако ее нет. Абсолютно. Вы будете слышать не только громкие разговоры соседей, но и свист их труб каждый раз, когда они открывают воду. Кроме того, прямо напротив наших окон сейчас стройка, и работы там начинаются в отдельные дни весьма рано. Одна из розеток у кровати не рабочая, и нам ее так и не починили. Кстати, если отодвинуть диван от стены - там еще одна розетка! Расположение холодильника несколько неудобное.
