Obviously everyone's experiences are different but the reviews seem pretty harsh. I stayed for 2 nights in Room 9 and it was a pleasant stay. The check in was easy. You will receive a message of the updated address and your room number. The location is pretty good. 10 minute walk from Taskim metro station and there are multiple grocery/food places nearby. The room itself was very comfortable. The pillows and duvet were clean and nice to sleep on. The air-conditioning worked a treat and the balcony was nice to have. The bathroom was clean and the shower is very powerful.
It loses 2 points for cosmetics. There were scratches on the walls from furniture movement and above the shower there is some damp due to poor ventilation. The right side of the bed frame was a little squeaky too but it wasn't a huge problem. Small things, but honestly extremely good for the price
I loved the location, near Taksim Square. And it was really good value. The contact I had was very helpful and responsive, so was the staff member when I arrived. It was all I needed.
The stairs were difficult to navigate (very steep and uneven, but it’s like that everywhere here) and it sometimes got pretty noisy (the front door latch was very loud and I was near it).
I wish there had been some tourism info somewhere.

No one was there for check-in, if I didn’t have mobile internet to contact someone, I wouldn’t be able to get into the room. The room didn’t look as nice as on the pictures and I could hear the neighbors really well

This was the worst experience I ever had. First we’re waiting at the rain as nobody was there. After one hour the “worker” came, he told us that he didn’t expect us and he was eating. He brought us to the room WHICH IS HOROR. It’s in the basement, 2 floors underground, smells so bad and cold like a fridge as there are “doors” from “garden”. They weren’t helpful at all, they ignored our calls and messages, and only thing they offered is to bring the heater WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH at all. The room is that small that you can’t even walk in it, if you have a luggage you can’t even put it in front of the room cuz even the building hall doesn’t have enough a place just to stand in there. We left this place after an hour and went to another place we paid by ourselves on the street cuz it was really impossible to stay in this “room”. I saw some comments in here and I didn’t believe, but TRUST ME, just avoid this place!!!

Our experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. We had booked a room a month in advance for our stay from December 24th to December 28th. Upon arrival, we were informed that we couldn’t stay in the room we had reserved and were placed in another room, which was very small and dirty.
The next day, we were finally moved to the room we had originally booked, but it had not been cleaned at all prior to our arrival. The situation was so bad that we decided to leave a day earlier, as it was impossible to stay under such conditions.
What made matters worse was that we paid the full price for the room we had booked, despite being accommodated in a smaller, inadequate room for most of our stay. Very poor experience—I wouldn’t choose this property again.

We were surprised by the cleanliness and standards offered by the rooms. The price-performance ratio is amazing
It was located in the worst part of Istanbul. The surrounding area was very shady.
The room was so small we could not even stand. The bathroom was so tiny it was built inside a cupboard. The room was extremely dirty and smelly.
We tried cancelling it but the owner was very rude and did not return our money.
It was extremely tiny, stinky, we could not even stand in the room.
