Good start 👍
Pros:

It was close to 2-3 different subway stations and within 10 minutes or so of the Sunshine city area. It had everything I could ever need for a trip to Tokyo. It felt like it eased into Tokyo living and was definitely immersive. I loved how the facilities worked, it was all so efficient

Cons:

The smaller room size was an adjustment, but not really a hindrance.

とても良かったです^ ^また機会があれば利用したいです
Pros:

大塚駅から近く、コンビニやスーパーもすぐ近くにあります。静かな住宅街で一人暮らし気分も味わえます
お部屋は清潔で、お風呂とトイレが別なのも良かったです
冷蔵庫や洗濯機、小さなキッチン、机もあるので
何日か滞在して自炊するのにも良さそうです
徒歩で１分程のところにコインランドリーがあるので、
洗濯をしたあと乾燥機だけ回しにいきました
お部屋に洗濯干しやお風呂の乾燥機が使えますが、
バシッと短時間で乾かしたかったので近くで良かったです

スタッフさんはいないホテルでしたが
事前のやり取りはとても丁寧で親切で不安もなくチェックインできました

Cons:

トイレの便座がカタカタして壊れていました
少しだけ下水の匂いが気になりましたが、これはこの部屋のせいではない気がします

Pros:

Чисто. От метро добираться минут 7 пешком. Находится на удобной ветке, но немного на окраине.
Есть фен, стиральная, чайник. Плита, но без посуды, одна сковородка.

Cons:

Это апартаменты, не отель. Никто не убирался соответсвенно за 4 дня проживания. Полотенца всего одни на человека. Очень все тесно.

Pros:

Excelente apartamento, esta muy bien equipado, limpio, muy confortable, y también bien ubicado cerca de la estación de Otsuka. La estancia fue perfecta.

Great location and everything we needed.
Pros:

It was our first time in Tokyo and this apartment was perfect. Great location, clean, good value for money and everything we needed. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we return to Tokyo.

Good little apartment near Otsuka St.
Pros:

The location was great, close to Otsuka station, which is well connected to the city. Also, the apartment was clean and had the basic necessities.

Cons:

The pillows were flat and the bed wasn't the best, also we did not have access to a broom/cleaning supplies (except laundry detergent), which would have been nice to be able to clean up after ourselves since we stayed for 5 nights. We also eventually had to search and figure out the ward's (Toshima city) trash/recycling rules ourselves.

we love our stay!
Pros:

The location of the accommodation is so good, close to the train station with several convenience stores around it. It's between several tourist spots (shinjuku and ikebukuro), so it's easy to go around and back.
The facilities in the room are great, we love the bathroom and its drying tech.

Cons:

I wish they would provide more kitchen utensils (there are fewer than in the pictures). Some of the lights weren't operational during our stay.
The stair space is narrow, so it's a bit difficult to move the luggage.
all in all, it's just a minor inconvenience compared to the plus side.
