Gute Lage mit Supermärkten in der Nähe, gute Ausstattung, sauber und sehr gute Kommunikation bei Problemen oder Fragen. 👍

Cons:

Der Raum der Toilette war sehr eng und es gab keine Hacken um Jacken aufzuhängen.

Great stay if you prefer not being bothered by cleaning staff every four days like in most hotels.
Pros:

Washer in house, almost similar to renting your own apartment. Great facilities and no mandatory room cleaning.

Cons:

Lack of staff on site and lack of consumable amenities.

全部都是自助入住，空間很安靜，是在住宅區裡面，客服人員也非常親切！中文溝通順暢～離大塚站很近，附近也都有超市超商，生活很方便
Pros:

空間規劃大，有四個行李箱都能方便打開！

Cons:

提供的餐具上面有一些食物顏色的殘留，但整體是整潔的。需要自行上下樓梯（無電梯）若有大型行李會需要搬運

整體住宿體驗很棒，但需要自己準備牙刷牙膏以及毛巾使用，離JR站很近，但是回民宿的路程稍微累一點，因為有需要走一段斜坡～民宿裡面是沒有電梯的，櫻花季來很賺，因為網JE的路上有個小公園就有很美的櫻花可以看
Pros:

採自助式入住，很方便～裡面有電池爐、洗衣機、廁所也有乾燥烘衣功能，隔音也很好～至少都不會聽到隔壁間的聲音！電視還有影音頻道可以看，就算看不懂日文頻道的～也可以看自己懂得語言的影片！不會無聊😆

Cons:

很可惜電池爐有狀況，但房東也有很快速的幫忙處理了～但還是希望給下一位房客之前還是要檢查一下是否能正常使用～防止房客與房東的產生爭議

Pros:

東池袋の閑静な住宅街の中にあるので、うるさくなく、移動が便利でした。
お風呂に暖房機能が付いていたのがありがたかったです。

Cons:

事前に送ってくださったチェックイン情報の通りの部屋に行ってみると、掃除がされておらず前に泊まった人が使った後の部屋でびっくりしました。
疲れてやっとホテルに着いたと思ったらこれで、本当にガッカリでした。電話すると、「確認する」と言われそのまま部屋で待たされ。下の部屋が空いているので使っていいと言われ、そのまま下の部屋の暗所番号を教えてくださいましたが、なんかその辺のセキュリティもガバガバで不安になりました。新しくあてがわれたお部屋は掃除はしてありましたが、たぶん以前宿泊した人の臭いが残っており、換気してもずっとその臭いがありました。

Big apartment with great location
Pros:

Spacious appartment and great location near Otsuka & Ikebukuro station. Staff was friendly and answered my questions super fast too.

Pros:

It was close to 2-3 different subway stations and within 10 minutes or so of the Sunshine city area. It had everything I could ever need for a trip to Tokyo. It felt like it eased into Tokyo living and was definitely immersive. I loved how the facilities worked, it was all so efficient

Cons:

The smaller room size was an adjustment, but not really a hindrance.

とても良かったです^ ^また機会があれば利用したいです
Pros:

大塚駅から近く、コンビニやスーパーもすぐ近くにあります。静かな住宅街で一人暮らし気分も味わえます
お部屋は清潔で、お風呂とトイレが別なのも良かったです
冷蔵庫や洗濯機、小さなキッチン、机もあるので
何日か滞在して自炊するのにも良さそうです
徒歩で１分程のところにコインランドリーがあるので、
洗濯をしたあと乾燥機だけ回しにいきました
お部屋に洗濯干しやお風呂の乾燥機が使えますが、
バシッと短時間で乾かしたかったので近くで良かったです

スタッフさんはいないホテルでしたが
事前のやり取りはとても丁寧で親切で不安もなくチェックインできました

Cons:

トイレの便座がカタカタして壊れていました
少しだけ下水の匂いが気になりましたが、これはこの部屋のせいではない気がします

Pros:

Чисто. От метро добираться минут 7 пешком. Находится на удобной ветке, но немного на окраине.
Есть фен, стиральная, чайник. Плита, но без посуды, одна сковородка.

Cons:

Это апартаменты, не отель. Никто не убирался соответсвенно за 4 дня проживания. Полотенца всего одни на человека. Очень все тесно.
