the agent misleading the information about the hotel condition and occupied room. Stated in booking.com that the hotel provided room for the family (6 person to stay) but in reality, when I arrived, only come with one single room.
The situation becomes worst when the agent did not answerable & response to my call.

Cons:

Bed gave us bed bugs bites all over our body. Towel given was full of holes. The AC gave us sore throat everytime we are in our room, when going out we did not feel so.
