La ubicacion y la limpieza

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Casa pulita, accogliente e ben tenuta nel centro di Granada.
A hospedagem tinha tudo o que eu precisava. Banho bom, cama confortável, mini cozinha. O anfitrião é muito bacana e disponível para atender alguma demanda eventual dos hóspedes. Me deixou super cômoda.
The owner was very mindful. He even reminded us to get the Alhambra pass ahead of time. He also gave us suggestions on where to go and eat. The place has a tiny patio at the back which is cute. We used to eat and drink wine there. The location is perfect as it's not too crowded but close to everywhere we wanted to go.
La ubicación y la limpieza, el espacio de la habitación también, fue muy cómoda. Estuve muy agusto y fueron muy amables. Si viajas sola o solo como yo lo hice es una buena elección. La Alahambra te queda a nada, puedes llegar caminando o en bus y desde luego también el centro de la ciudad.
El alojamiento está súper bien situado para poder descubrir Granada. La verdad que nos resultó muy cómodo y agradable. La habitación estaba muy limpia y con mucho detallito. Harri ha estado súper atento y nos ha tratado genial. Muy recomendable!
Harri was extremely nice, he was so helpful with everything even tho he didn’t make it to the apartment during our stay. He was very attentive, he send so many amazing recommendations. He just made sure we had good time. Definitely recommend this place!!

The owner is calling all time and texting all time, made me feel uncomfortable
Plus he take my credit card in the beginning to find any small reason to charge me later,
Finally after one day from my checkout, he complained that I ate meat in his kitchen and he is vegan so I hurt his feelings and he have to charge me 15€
Sending photos of his Bin (where garbage supposed to be) saying why I threw garbage there!!!
Harry, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. He went over the top to make sure we would be comfortable. The location of the apartment is fabulous: it is in the exact centre of the old centre of the city, about 500 m from the Cathedral and 800 m walking distance from Alhambra. There are literally dozens of bars, cafes and restaurants around should you need a breakfast or supper. In case you want to eat at home, there is a small kitchen where you can prepare the basics as well as make yourself some tea or coffee (these are complimentary) and enjoy them in the small patio. The bathroom is common for two apartments but everything is pristine clean. I cannot recommend this place enough: if it were possible I would surely grant this place more than 10. :)
The bed was comfortable and the room warm even on cold days. Everything was hygienic. The host was helpful and friendly.
This is a great low-mid range option for staying a few days in Granada. It's basically the entrance / ground floor of a family home that has 2 bedrooms and a separate shared bathroom plus a little kitchenette nook in the hallway with bar fridge and microwave. The family live in the top floors.
Facilities are clean and well appointed, adequate cupboard space, comfy bed. Short walk to places of interest. The host Harri is excellent and communicates well and sends lots of useful info re Granada beforehand to help you enjoy your stay. Would recommend.
The house is down a little alley, so it is close to nightlife but not on a main street, so it is insulated from the noise (which is great). However, if you're in the first room you're right on the alley, so whenever people do happen to walk down the alley (which is not often), you do hear every word. This would not be as much of an issue in the second room which is further away from the entrance. But I should stress this was only occasional and wasn't a big deal and was easily solved with earplugs.
The room was really perfect for a 4 days trip. Harri is really a carrying host with fast answers and good advices for exemple regarding the best way to come to the building. The building is also perfect regarding localisation as we spent 4 days visting the city only by walking (5 minutes by walking to go to hyper center)
