Pros:

Ein gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer. Auch das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Es ist sehr ruhig in dem Haus und man kann auch die Ruhe genießen. Auch ein später Check in war problemlos möglich. die Lage war auch gut. direkt die Straße gegenüber war ein Einkaufsladen. Auch zum Zentrum nach Brunswick war es nicht zu weit. Um die Ecke gab es auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle.

Cons:

I locked me out of my room than I had no support to fix it. The rules of the accommodation I received after arrived. I spent Au$ 200 with smithkey.

There is no toilet paper enough for 4 days stay.

A completely disaster.

worth it :)
Pros:

the bed was very comfortable and a lot of closet space. the bathroom and shower was nice too. it felt like home having a kitchen to use so it saved money. wasn't too far out of Melbourne so if you're not driving Didi and uber are still decently cheap as it isn't far. the owner is very understanding if you leave any personal items there and let her know that you forgot something.

Cons:

there wasn't any shower stuff like shampoo, conditioner or body wash and we got given 3 rolls of toilet paper for the 6 days (it did last only because we weren't in the house much) and the kitchen wasn't as clean as I'd expected and I thought it was dangerous that you couldn't read the stove top temperature nobs but the owner (I think) helped with that and she was very lovely and kind.
