Pleasant
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful from the moment I arrived. They were always willing to answer any question and happily address any concerns.

The location was in the heart of Al balad, with all the facilities around, super markets, buses, restaurants, shops, etc. it was only 7 mins walk to the historic side of Al Balad. Only one concern is that it is not near the Cornish and there are no buses that goes there if you have no car, but taxi services are all around the hotel and you can always get a taxi for a good deal.

If I’m ever back to Jeddah, I’ll definitely stay here again :)

A very young staff maybe around 18 years was rude. He does not understand English at all. He only says Arabic, Arabic very difficult to converse with him.

موظفين الاستقبال او الموظفين السعوديين بشكل خاص كانوا قمة في الإحترام والمساعدة والعطاء - الأستاذه الأنيقة نورة القرشي والأستاذ المحترف منصور الجهني كانوا على قدر عالي من الإحترافية طريقة تعامل رائقة محترمة ، موظف الليل ابو نظارات *يحتاج تحسين* الفندق نظيف وهذا اللي يخليني اكرر زياراتي له .
