Kind & friendly staffs, and the late check-out time
Pros:

The hotel staff were extremely kind. A lovely young lady especially went out of her way to help me resolve an issue with my phone. I also really appreciated the late check-out. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you so much 😍🥰

Staff member was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There were hairs on the floor, walls were very old with many stains. Room was very warm and had a weird smell. There were mosquitos and other bugs in the room. No towels, only three hand towels provided.

If BTS performs at the Incheon Open Stadium in 2026, I suggest staying at this hotel.
Pros:

I really liked the hotel. I came for the concert by Jin from BTS. The hotel is conveniently located. The metro station is within walking distance. There are many cafes and a large vegetable supermarket nearby, in addition to the Kombi mini. The friendly hotel staff and the constant availability of Jin ramen made my stay at the hotel perfect. What I enjoyed the most was the constant bewilderment of the guests, who were surprised to see a blonde European woman. It's a good thing that BTS is so popular in their own country :) В номере есть чайник, фен, утюжок для выпрямления волос, всякие крема, щетка, расческа, бритва и т.д., которые также можно взять у ресепшн внизу, газировка, рамен, кофе машина, вода, лед, чай, кофе. В общем можно жить даже ничего не тратя на еду :)
Улочки очень тихие и безопасные. Много раз возвращалась одна ночью. До Сеула добираться по прямой по синей ветки метро 1,5 до Мендона или Сити холл. Самое главное, что со стадиона в эту сторону почти никто не ехал и можно было спокойно добраться. От аэропорта тоже близко, на такси 25 минут. Рядом автобусная остановка, чтобы доехать до станции метро. Соотношение цена качество просто потрясающее. В номере огромный компьютерный монитор, стол и что-то для видеоигр и большой телевизор. Кровать большая и удобная, пижамка :) Если вы не успели взять вечром воду или еще что-то, то всегда можно попросить и персонал любезно принесет.

Book this place if you want to feel comfortable
Pros:

I would live definitely in that apartment. Small for 7 people but would be really nice for 3 people. Nari was so kind and had everything prepared for our stay.
It was a shame that we only were there by one night.

Cons:

Just one bathroom for too many people. But it was nice and clean.
