Was expecting the hotel to have back up generator there was load shedding and was staying at 5th floor it was quite difficult for me . The power outages affected the lift until the next day,

Deteriorating new building with no customer service at all.
Pros:

Nothing at all. Had to continue staying because it had already paid for the room!

Cons:

The power kept tripping in my room, a day after check in. When I reported it came across as if Management doesn't care about their hotel guests after they've paid. I was eventually move to another room by some Receptionist who seemed to have a bit of customer service shame.There was a huge broken floor tile in my previous room (410) The light cover was missing in the bathroom, wires are just exposed. Maintenance and Management need to catch a huge wake up at this property!

The fact that we have to pay for parking. Even if your car is parked outside. Guards expect to be paid. Parking should be included in the price
