Can you please have some TV,clean the rooms, have some tea in the and the towels must be clean and your showers must be fixed they are liking,you must have refund cos your prices are not worth and your rooms are not worth

Pros:

The roo..was not clean it had only one towel of which we had to share and the bed was not comfortable

Cons:

There need to be a mat in the bathroom to avoid slippery. And the room should have atleast two toilet rolls because they provide cheap ones

It was a very disappointing experience
Pros:

The reception area is very beautiful and the hotel is not far from the beach.

Cons:

Our three-night stay was extremely disappointing. We were initially assigned Room 111, where the bed was missing a leg, causing it to tilt, and the toilet tank had no lid, so we had to return to reception to request another room. We were then moved to Room 109, which was only slightly better. Although staff promised to move us to a better room the following day, this never happened. The sheets had stains, it had a broken chair and The room was poorly equipped, with only one plate, one tablespoon, two glasses, and two mugs, and it had no bathroom mats. The shower leaked badly, flooding the bathroom and even reaching the bedroom, leaving us to clean up with towels because there wasn't even a mop provided. Overall, the accommodation was poorly maintained and our stay was far below expectations.

I was not impressed.
Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

First of all the amount was too high for the hotel, it was so noisy as if is a residential place. I had to pay for parking of which they let me park far from where i have booked. I felt like that so ridiculous and unprofessional. You have to pay for remote control for tv imagine. There is a lot that need to be improved. I was not impressed.
