Everything was great the phone no one answers the WhatsApp number no reply booking inbox no answer like
Pros:

It’s in the Center of everything we wanted

Though the staff one lady was just rude spoke to her she didn’t even answer me back

Cons:

The chair was broken our room they only clean whr your eyes can see how does it be self catering without a stove

I was ready to sleep in the car. The walls are rotten & damp & smelly. Department of Health should inspect this

Lifts work. Staff is very pleasant to work with.

Cons:

Room 509 was full of mauld/dampness on the walls and big black brown marks on the wall. I got sick after a few hours. My eyes were itching, I started coughing and couldn't breathe. I asked for another room and it also had a smell but was better. The place is loud, kids running up n down the whole night. How is this a hotel? The neighbouring building was always playing loud music. No please to rest. It's really bad.
